You were also told this information via phone and offered another room to accommodate your dogs. However, you refused and your booking was marked as a no show for a non-fundable booking. However, this information is clearly outlined on the room description and website that our WIFI is not part of your in room service. We offered you to use the camp kitchen to access a stronger signal of WIFI however you refused. Every effort was made by our team to assist you once you addressed your concern with us after your check-in.

Hi Kieren,We thank you for choosing to stay with us however we dispute your claim that you were not notified at time of check in a new shed was being built and there would be some noise between the regulated time requirements. All guests including yourself were also sent an email outlining these works and that we apologise for any inconvenience. You also address this again with the office after check in but we again explained to you. We once again apologise for any inconvenience during your stay however you were clearly advised about the works in which have now been completed.
