“Great overnight stop!”

The room was very clean, which was impressive, and the breakfast offered a very good selection. Several restaurants were close by, and location of hotel was right off the Interstate. A good stop when traveling.

“Got bedbugs”

The hotel appeared much better on the Internet. It was small inside. I got about 10 bedbug bites in room 106 on 8/10. I suspect they all came from the side of the bed since all bits took place on the same side of my body and I managed to found one and killed it (1-2 mm in size with belly full of my blood). I did not complain because I thought it will go away soon. But the bite spots on my nick, back, and uparms became very itchy and all were swollen to cherry size during next two three days (it just nearly got away since yesterday, 8/15). I had never experienced bedbuds until I stayed at this hotel. The breakfast was the simplest I've seen. The hotel staff were friendly though.

“Nice place to stop”

This hotel is nothing fancy but was perfect for what we needed. We were on our way through Georgia and needed a nice simple place to sleep that was outside of Atlanta. The room was simple and clean and the included breakfast was exactly what you would expect for the price. They had a choice between various cereal, donuts and waffles. As well as coffee and juice. I wouldn't want to spend a week at the hotel, but it was clean and quiet and seemed to be in a quiet part of town. I would definitely stay at the hotel again when passing through.

“A good value for the price. .”

The room was clean and comfortable, the pool very clean and refreshing. We liked that it was next to a Waffle House, so we could walk to dinner. Breakfast was adequate. Access to rooms was from inside only, so it felt safe. Staff were friendly and efficient. We would stay there again and recommend it to others.

“Convenient to the AG center”

For the price that I paid, I couldn't have been happier with this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful.......especially the sweet cleaning lady. I got back early one day while she was cleaning, and she very kindly made QUICK her work!

“Pleasant stay, clean, good location in Perry.”

Stayed here several times and each time has been pleasant. No frills but clean. Continental breakfast included, front desk help has been friendly and helpful when asked. Great location, 1/10th mile from Perry Fairgrounds. Cracker Barrel and Waffle House are right next to hotel.

“Bed and chairs very uncomfortable!”

The bed mattress was old and very lumpy and uncomfortable! Need to get new mattresses! The chairs were uncomfortable, especially the recliner which did not recline well and may need to be fixed. The housekeeping services not good--a layer of dust was on the chair frames and legs and the outsides of the room furniture. The coffee maker and pot were not cleaned very often.

“Close to the Ag Center”

The hotel was fine. No frills, but clean enough. It's nothing special, but it's close to the Ag Center and very inexpensive.

“Southern Hospitality at its Finest”

The hotel is located across the road from the GA National Fairgrounds. It is a very well maintained establishment and the staff exceeds expectations in every category. The stay had more of a bed & breakfast "feel" than that of a chain franchise.
