"We absolutely loved the Bella Santorini. Lena was so warm and welcoming to us all, as was Sophia. The hotel is lovely and clean, and the rooms are cleaned daily. Alex on the bar was really kind and helpful, even cooking off menu for my extremely fussy daughter. Lena even took us on a guide tour of the island which was wonderful. We loved this hotel so much and totally recommend ."

"I specifically booked a room with two double beds, as I was travelling with a friend, (and I selected that style of room from the room options listed at the Joy Beach Hotel on the Expedia app/website). When we arrived there was only one bed in the room. No one from the hotel responded to my messages and I went to reception twice during the open hours posted but no one was there. "I had a really nice stay.The hotel is super clean,the room was spacious.Its a very quiet hotel in a quiet area.Only con is that you really need a car to move around. There is a bus stop close by but it mostly just go to the main town of fira ,not great connections The receptionist is super friendly and helpful.She gave very good recommendations of places to visit and restaurants."
