Room and bathroom were very dirty. The room was obviously two queen beds to begin with, one was removed. No lounge chairs or anything else to sit in, but a terrible desk chair. No small table or anything to eat at either

Hello sorry you had a bad experience! The room you were in is a queen room as is all the rooms on that side of the hall so no bed was removed, the odd numbered rooms are the two queen beds. This year all the rooms upstairs will be updated.

Although the 1st floor is renovated and the beds were comfy, my bathroom was not clean and I don't think the floor was vacuumed. Also, there were cigarette butts everywhere (e.g., sidewalks, grassy areas, etc.). The highlight was that the front desk staff was very helpful and kind.

I have never had such a TERRIBLE experience with a motel-cleanliness in my life. The staff at Desk was nice. When we got to our rooms it was a different story. My elderly Dad and Mom were to share a room and my sister and I another, both with king-sized beds. In both rooms We lifted the blankets and the sheets were wadded up in the middle. I went to the desk very angry and the staff was very courteous and changed our rooms. She said there was trouble with a particular staff person. Well, the new rooms weren't much better. While the beds had clean sheets, the sinks and the showers hadn't been wiped down and were dirty. The tops of the furniture still had glass stains and the bathroom floor had toilet paper on it meaning it wasn't cleaned. We asked for a rag and disinfectant and cleaned things ourselves. Upon reflection in the morning I feel it wasn't as much an issue with staff as an issue with management. TOO FEW STAFF stretched thin caused what we would assume was TOO LITTLE PAY.

We were given a room that was either already occupied or dirty. We were given another room which was fine but the entire building/parking lot was dirty. VERY DSIAPPOINTING. Will not use again.

Older hotel, not very clean at all lots of holes and cracks in the walls dirty entry way spiderwebs in the ceiling corners. Thank goodness it was only one night.

The overall experience of the stay was good. The cleanliness could have been slightly better as there a few stains on the floor of our room. We also were not fans of the beds as the frames were simply all metal with no boxspring under the mattress. I did not check in with the front desk person but from what my husband said the front desk clerk was less than friendly. Not completely rude just..not very cordial for lack of a better word. But its a comfortable room and bed for the night.

The staff was friendly and helpful, The overall appearance of the room look nice, but the details of the cleanliness was another story. We had no light in our bathroom area to get ready with appropriately to apply makeup. We had two lights that actually worked. and two lights did not. no coffee or cups in the room. breakfast in the front lounge. consisted of waffles and biscuits and gravy with two cereals. there were no cups and there was no way to disperse the waffles. outside had a smokers area by the door. cigarette butts all over the sidewalk and with the rain that came in that night most of it was washed into the grass. no ashtray was supplied for those that smoked..

The room was disgusting. Looks like something spilled on the wall and never cleaned in various places throughout the room. If i could have been refunded, i wouldn't have stayed. The hotel charged way too much for what it was.

The hotel staff was extremely friendly, however the hotel itself was less than. The whole place smelled like pot. The floors weren’t vacuumed and the beds were not comfortable. Not worth the price we paid to stay in the room.

Check in was overall a good experience but when i went for the continental breakfast I was disgusted by the fact that there were ants all over the food! Crawling all over the counter and muffins, they were everywhere! Needless to say I passed on the breakfast and just checked out.

Good Choice
Great stay, again can't go wrong with chosing as updated, clean, comfortable and quiet. A bit higher on rate than other Super 8's we stayed at during our trip out to OR.

The staff was great, super clean place, very comfortable. The bathroom tub faucet was dripping - wasting water away, the toilet dripped, and the “cushioned’ toilet seat was questionable!! There are loose tiles in front of the tub and the exhaust vent never kicked in.

Overall the property looks good but some areas are noticably overlooked. Sheets were clean, sufficient towels, abundant hot water. Outer bedding could use a dip in the washer. But that could be said for most hotels. Did appreciate the step in shower over a tub.
