"Good hotel. Breakfast was delicious !!! There is only one MAJOR issue, if it rains you will listen to this awful sound of the water falling on the top of a neighbour roof made of zinc and it is extremely noisy. One of the night rain heavily and I almost ask to change rooms because it is very bad. If you are staying here and it might rain, ask to stay on the left side of the hotel. Not where the swimming pool side is. The sound of the water falling in the roof is very loud and annoying. "

"Had a bike accident and couldn't make it in time they let me check in at 2:00 am and gave me a bottle of water at checkout without asking for my trip It also was ridiculously clean really everything was perfect "

"The rooms were old and took close to 12 hours to cool down once we arrived. The balcony was not suitable for infant as she could fall under the guardrail. The bathroom was outdated and moldy. The dining options were very limited and very crowded. The music at night went until 12 midnight which was very loud and too late. The staff was lovely though - very kind and helpful. The facility just needs a major upgrade for being marketed as a 4 star resort it didn’t meet my expectations. "

"Property is dated but clean. Very sparse in decor, no pictures on the wall. The location is good and convenient to the beach. We purchased the Full Board option but the food was pretty gross and the fact you have assigned times to eat felt very limiting. It wasn't ideal to plan our day around when we could eat. We ended up not eating there but there is an excellent restaurant just steps away. Overall, I'd give the property a 3.5 out of 5. Staff weren't very friendly or helpful. I don't think...

"Log cabins were ok and had some kitchen utensils. The area and surroundings was a bit shabby really , needed a bit of a spruce up. We didn't try the restaurant as town was quite close. There was some building work going on so noisy during the day, but it was for a new pool. The wifi was terrible, very slow and dropped so much that we gave up in the end. Peniscola was lovely, beach and castle well worth a visit."
