"The rating was 8.2 and I went and looked at the comments and they were a whole bunch of 10 out of tens with Jack the rating up. This is probably a five and it was artificially jacked up to 8.2."

"Can not recommend this place enough. So incredibly clean in the massive room. They call first thing in the morning if we want room service or not. The hot tube was so clean, same with the rooms bathroom. Front desk people were very nice. We got into town early and they let us check in early with no additional fee. The grounds were managed so nice. We didnt realize you got a free fireplace log Everyday to use in your room. And so many shops and restaurants, and a casino were around. We will definitely be using them again in the future 20/10 would definitely recommend:)"

"I made my reservation through Expedia, and I feel the listing was misleading because the details provided at the time of booking didn't match the reality at check-in; the deposit was listed as $50, but I had to pay $100. It said "book now, pay at check-in," yet they were charging me at 6 a.m. The bathrooms were in poor condition, and the pool was closed. The owner and the girl of the counter were very polite when I requested a refund, but now my bank says the refund hasn't been issued, and I’ve spent four days making calls back and forth between the hotel and the bank."

"The staff very helpful. It was a family vacation staying for three nights and requesting three separate rooms. Though there was a convention with many people staying at the hotel, the front desk staff was able to accommodate my family and switch the rooms to have us all on the same floor. The rooms were very clean and beds were pretty comfortable. The food at the restaurant in the hotel was good, reasonable prices. The staff was very friendly and helpful with providing information for nearby restaurants and stores in the area around Sesame Place. We would definitely stay again."
