I took deluxe room and it's roomy and very clean. Air-conditioning efficient and quite. Staff friendly and helpful. Hotel is fairly new; location good and convenient; breakfast very good; gym and swimming pool small but enough to enjoy. Overall nice place for shorter or longer stay.

This is a relatively new hotel, clean, and rooms have great features such as safe deposit box, microwave, and a bathtub; other hotels have only standing shower. I definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here again.

This is a cool little place to stay , one of the nicest rooms I had through out my travels . The staff is very nice and the breakfast buffet is ok. I extended my stay here for 4 more days . It has a cool lime green pool on the rooftop .

Nice stay
This hotel is a nice hotel close to the beach and markets. I extended my stay because the room was nice and big and comfortable and quiet. The rooftop pool was great and staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant closes at 3 pm. The only things to consider is disabled are the bath/ shower and the water all over the floor after a shower. Most other people would find this a nice place to stay. If in the area again, I would stay here

Good Value and Experience of Stay in Pattaya
I stayed with Sunshine Hip Hotel for 3 nights in early of February. Room was cozy, and staffs were helpful. Just couple of minor suggestions that might my stay better. 1. I reserved 1 standard room with a double bed just couple of hours prior to my arrival. When I arrvied, the receptionist told me that they would upgrade me to a larger room, but I would have to pack everything up and change room next day. I clearly expressed that I rather stayed in the room type I reserved for my entire stay, instead of packing my luggage and changing room. 2. The pressure of shower was weak. The smell of drainage was disgusting in the room.

New hotel
Very good hotel clean , new, comfortable bed and good size room and room set out is different to the norm, 300 metres from beach. It's away from night life but Pattaya has a great service to get around for 10 baht per person on the blue tuk tuk
