ihave booked 2 rooms 5 membars 2 days 3 2=5,only extra bed is uncomfartble, staff is very good,but breakfast staff is very searsly ,one lady staff is very shouting, ,wifi not worked sometimes, american breakfast and indian friedrice overall very nice.igive 4.2 star, and recomonded who intrsted travelrs,

Staff where very rude, receptionist , to Cantean staff. No one interested. The only advantage was that it was close to the beach and yi it said wifi available .... My stay there was no wifi available at all

It was good for budget hotel, remember what u add-on please check the price before make decision. I had pay quite a lot of money because I dint check, example extra bed, mineral water, drink, food. The counter had mention mineral water inside the freezer would charger and 2 different brands mineral water outside the freeze was free, I maybe dint listen carefully. =.=''

staff helpful, quite friendly. Room spacious and clean (bit humid smell). Location is convenient. Issue with wifi , really need to buy newer router. Water pressure just ok. Personally, I think this hotel only deserve 3* , no more, I've had better stay with my other 3* hotel (and cheaper)

Feedback about Nantra@Pataya
We have booked a executive room for 3 persons with breakfast through tollfree of hotels.com for 3 days. We have shown the booking confirmation received through mail to the Nantra Reception, they have been asked to pay 500 TBH for third person for extra bed and 100 TBH for breakfast. Receptionists at Nantra are not more customer delight and not willing to listen to customers. They told us to speak to Hotels.com for any clarifications. Nantra is bit interior in Soi 1 street, Pataya and no beach view available from hotel. No water service for Bath room on last day during our stay. No Wi-fi connection after 10pm. Quality of breakfast is also not upto mark. They have not provided extra bed, towel and soap for third person. very strange.

Only advantage is proximity to beach& walking St
We stayed in this hotel for one night, wasn't cheap (around sixty sgd/ night). The first thing we noticed was the room was kind of studio with bed located in 1st floor. The bedsheets were torn! Although there were no problems of mosquito's as we had in Bangkok, it was just ok. Breakfast was horrible and so were the hotel staff. They would not even provide us with a travel adapter to charge our cell phones. The hot shower was terrible with no pressure at all. Overall I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. Would NOT come back!

Amazing location of Pattaya.
I have stayed 4 days at Nantra de Boutique with my family during last week and that was the most memorable days as Nantra built on the perfect front beach location of Pattaya and all the parties, amusements are very near to that.

Well for the price of the room, i think the quality of the hotel was not too bad. However they need to work on their breakfast spread and keep sparrows away from picking up on breakfast items. Please note the hotel might look very glamorous in the photos uploaded but don't expect the same there in person.

the only main advantage is the location where it's so close to the beach (which is so dirty) and to the central festival shopping where u can do some shopping & the room was big but all the rooms are so noisy from 9 am till 6 pm due to construction at the back, rooms are old, breakfast was poor, service is just average .. sure i will never book it again

For the price and location overall not to bad. Only complaint was the large construction site at rear of hotel. Working every day and sometimes into the night and they have just started.

Pool side and close area could be cleaner, lack of lift was another down side, Television had little problem wasn't working fine. Apart from these minor glitches ... We loved the place, very close to the beach, clean and big rooms, good breakfast, comfortable bed and good staff

A pure 1 star place
Not so great rooms.. You have to carry your luggage on your own to the 2nd floor and no lift. I would suggest people to find rooms which are better even if you pay a few baths more.

I reserved this room 3 weeks before travel. Information of the room wasn't like the real one. Room in picture and description is very nice, in the mean time real room isn't good. One air-condition per duplex deluxe. So hot in there. I can't even think I can sleep all night. Staff wasn't helpful. Reception was aggressive when I checked in. I've to deposit for more 1,000 THB even I pay full amount for hotel.(I never found any hotel that I used to stay do like this when I advance pay!!!) Anyway there place is near Pattaya beach. Pub , Restaurant , Amari , Holiday Inn and more activities. I wouldn't recommend anyone but who's know. Maybe you'd like it!!

Cheap but dated and not well maintained.
The place is at the far end of Pattaya's walking street (which is OK since 20 THB trucks regularly ride my to get people up and down the strip). The issue is that the place needs to be maintained and cleaned better. I know it's one of the cheaper places in the area and is surrounded by huge mega hotels. But I've have been A LOT happier if simple repairs and shower cleaning was performed.

A great location and a good hotel
The stay at this Hotel has been really a pleasure. The rooms are really spacious and clean. The location in Soi 1 is really good if you fancy a nice and quiet place at less than 5 minutes walk from the seafront. I just believe that the hotel as a whole would need some more maintenance for both rooms and communal areas especially for the bathrooms and the external hotel decor. The breakfast did not have a great selection but was ok. One thing I think the accommodation lacked was a bar for guests. In short it was a good stay and I would consider it again for my next stay in Pattaya.

Pleasant smaller hotel
I would stay there again, comfortable, well located with a reasonable breakfast. The only downside is some construction work next door which looks like ongoing for at least the next six months - however they did not seem to have early starts and on balance not a major inconvenience for me.

Third time still lucky
I had stayed at Nantra de Boutique twice before and as their rates were still good saw no reason to change. the hotel is extremely well located, has large comfortable rooms with good A/C and a passable hot breakfast. Easy walking distance to the beach and plenty of good restaurants. I will be going back next time I am in Pattaya

2nd visit just as good
I stayed at this hotel about 6 months ago and was happy with the location, and value for money. This visit was just as good. Walking distance to the beach,plenty of restaurants nearby and comfortable hotel. For a great meal go to Mamas Pizza in Soi 6 about 10 metres from Beach Road and a great massage go to the shop on the corner
