Good location if you’re wanting to have some distance from the hustle and bustle of Bangla Rd - approx 15 minute walk. The hotel is quite beautiful with a gorgeous pool. The staff were all absolutely amazing, so attentive, kind and answered any of our silly questions. The rooms are decent with really good beds although there is a sewerage scent that comes and goes but if you keep your toilet lid down, it’s mostly okay. Family friendly and affordable, would recommend.

Loved everything about our stay here! The rooms were clean with good view, the pool was nice for relaxing and all the staff were kind and helpful! Resort is on patong beach so not really close to big attractions but perfect for relaxing on the beach and night life.

Dear GuestThank you for extending your stay with us. I am sure unhappy guests will not do that. As informed earlier, your booking was for Deluxe Room with Mountain View, but you kept insisting that it was for Classic Pool Access room, even while your booking voucher clearly mention Deluxe Room with Mountain View. As a curtesy we offered you free upgrade to Classic Pool Access room. Instead of appreciating us for the gesture you have submitted the bad review for us. Then you have extended your stay by booking Deluxe Room with Mountain View and insisted that you booked Classic Pool Access room, expecting us to free upgrade again. As we do not have availability, we could not do so. It is also unfair to expect the free upgrade and blackmail us with a bad review just because we could not accommodate your request. We work hard to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable and appreciate any genuine feedback to improve us further. Thank you

Very bad experience. The hotel is dirty and falling apart everywhere. It is very poorly maintained. The staff are really terrible - unfriendly and unhelpful. It took me 25 minutes to check out because I had to wait for them to refund my deposit. They only accept a passport or cash for the deposit, which is unacceptable. I wanted to use a credit card like most normal hotels, where they would just hold an amount on my card. This made my experience even more unpleasant. But the worst part is the room itself, which is very damp, smells of moisture, and is not clean. I had to ask to have the sheets changed because they were dirty. This hotel should be avoided. Apart from its location, there’s nothing appealing about it. No sunshine, a terrible view, and very poor, old quality bedding. Definitely a hotel to avoid.

Body soup was runout the first day, the second day, and the final day, We bought it instead but it is a kind of sign showing but hospitality, Additionally some of outlets off electricity did not work. I had to make hot water at bedside.

Ok hotel. Morgenmaden var dog lidt kedelig. Toilettet stopper til, hvis der bare kommer et lille stykke papir i. Der var ikke håndsæbe på toilettet. Personalet var flere timer om at fikse toillettet

I would give 4.5 out of 5 starts for this hotel, but some of the previous revews (esp. on Google) were a bit harsh, so i give 5 stars. Reviews mention problems with staff - cannot confirm, the staff is lovely and kind, they do their best to be quick even when it's getting busy. Forget the breakfast, it's true that it's not worth it. And it's true the bathrooms could need a little upgrade, it's not bad though, but the management could easily improve with some small investments (fix the mirror frame, replace the old rusty bins, renovate the joints in the shower). The rest is perfect, it's very clean, the rooms beautiful, comfy bed. Would definitively recommend!

We booked deluxe room for two but we get upgraded to a suite room free of charge. That was awsome. Thank you for that. We were sick whole the stay so we stayed in our room most of the time. Getting a suite with jacuzzi made me feel very comfortable. The hotel was clean, room was very nice and big. Staff are friendly and keep smiling.
