Polite and efficient staff. Nice location.
Nice location, convenience, polite staffs, room very big and spacious, easy to move around and very near to Patong beach. Service very fast and efficient.

False advertising. But not bad property.
The photos advertised were nowhere close to what the property looks like. However it is located in the middle of everything. The property itself was not bad. Just was false advertising with the appearance.

The Pros and Cons of Staying near Entertainment Ve
The hotel accommodation and breakfast were good. The surroundings though left a lot to be desirable . Loud music from the bars till early hours of the morning and some sleazy men wasn’t suitable for a family.

No warm water to shower. But the air conditioner is good. I booked a 3 ppl room but only 2 quilts in room and we asked for it and the staff seems not want to do it. And the next morning we asked for a one more glass cup for drink and nth came.

Bathroom was bad. Shower was right above toilet making it wet every time we took shower. The room was nothing like the pictures on line .

OLDIE but a GOODIE.
Have stayed here on numerous occasions and found it quite adequate. Clean and tidy rooms, quite spacious and comfortable. Find the best prices and best value in town. A bit of noise from Bars downstairs but I am used to this.

Extremly rude and poor customer service -Dont Stay
I have stayed at this property many times, although this visit was the worst. The internet dropped out everyday, the Shower had low water pressure and water temperature not warm. The bars downstairs play music till 2am loud so its hard to sleep. The customer service from the front desk staff was poor and extremely rude in particular one staff member by the name of Leng. This was the worst service I have ever had at a hotel and will not be visiting again and advising all of my family and friends not to stay. The staff tried to make additional money for their own benefit (staff to pocket) by making charges up upon check out and stating specifc things are not charged for then trying to charge for them upon checkout. There are many hotels in Patong which are of similar rate and with better service. not recommended! Poor example of the normal awesome and friendly Thai hospitality

Looks like a run down soviet era coloss from the 50ties. It has seen its best days. In the yard there are like ten beach bars. Loud music keeps the hotel awake until four in the morning. Not able to borrow us beach towels etc.

I enjoyed this hotel. I was close to the beach, shops, markets, and nightlife. It had a great view form the balcony outside. The room was large, and so were the beds. The AC wasn't that great, but they were in the process of replacing all of the units while we were there. The WiFi was great and the TV was okay. It was a great value.

The towel was dirty and there is no soap in the bathroom staff are very rude there was blood on my pillow It was very dirty also during the night it's quite noisy this hotel looking party area and every night until 4 am they have loud music I didn't sleep at all.

Friendly and honest staff
The hotel airconditioner was damaged due to technical issues but the authority transfer all d guest to Ashley hub resort which is way better than bel aire and a bit expensive also. but it was free of cost for us. so very professional behaviour and attitude from the management.

Budget hotel
Very large, timber cabin feel rooms. Protected from sun radiation and daylight. Minor maintenance issues, management fixes immediately on report. Daily friendly room service. Crazy good location within centre and beach proximity. Walk to everything.

Bel Aire Resort. Good spot shame about noise
I have stayed here before and knew the noise levels I would encounter. Unfortunately someone bought a Karaoke unit and turned drunken, bad singers loose at 2am! Pretty basic rooms but at the prices good value.

We booked through hotels.com with 2 bookings for 6 nights. We asked hotels.com to confirm the same room which they did. After 17 hours flying and in airports and an hour in a taxi we arrived at 10.35pm to be told we didnt have a room. The place looked a mess, run down and the reception and ground floor looked like it was 100 years old and had never been renovated. The hotel looks like it is basically a brothel for the local bars of which there are about 20 running until 2 pm apparently. We were told there was some problem and were shuffled off to another hotel 4 kilometers away. We booked in this location as we have family in this area. We arrived at Ashlee Plaza and were given a room at 11.30 pm ...on entering it was already occupied so we were shuffled again to building #4 around the corner and finally got into a room at 12.15 am... hopeless hotels.com and Bel Air and the ashlee was no better...still no reply after 3 days to a what are they going to do about it email!

Elevator was broken for one day and I have my room in 5th floor not cool. Second: bars in front of the hotel are very noisy could not sleep. And the most funny thing they charged me minibar 3x coke which I didn't even drink. Maybe maid took it maybe maid left open doors and someone else took it but I know that I didn't drink it. I don't even drink soft drinks...

On the first part of the stay the roon was on the quite size and did not get to much sun, bad thing is that you are expected to pay a deposit fee to use the safe, the breakfast food is bad, same stuff every morning,, we then went to Phi Phi Island and got back to the hotel, we as for some of our stuff to be lock in the saferoom, guess what, it was still standing where I left then 3 days before, nothing was missing. We then got a room on the 6th floor 619 and 620, the sun was hitting the room, rooms are clean, aircon were not working properly, the last few days was horrible. the place is not god situated, the is a couple of bar down in the street, very load, till 4 in the morning Stay away, get a decent place, pay a bit more

The room was big and clean. However, you are not allowed to bring any food or drinks from outside into your room! That is the worst rule I have ever heard a hotel make. The hotel wants to force all guests to eat and drink things purchased via the hotel. The rooms do not provide any body soap only shampoo. The hotel itself leaked. However, for the price I paid it was acceptable.
