"It’s my first time staying with Okura Prestige Bangkok, and I was deeply impressed by the staff and amenities offered by the hotel. Ms. Pimsuda who’s an elegant young lady greets me & arranged the check in for me. The service level is by the the highest I’ve ever had among all Bangkok 5 stars hotels I have ever experienced. I live in Conrad most of the time due to its location & safety (close to American Embassy) and I never noticed the Okura Prestige although I passed by many times. I’m lucky enough to be upgraded to the Presidential Suite by Ms: Pimsuda and the view of the room with its amenities are simply amazing. The location of the hotel is actually one of the best in Bangkok. 3 mins walking to Central Embassy where offered all brands you need and the restaurants you like, 4 face Buddha is also 10 mins walking from the hotel. There is a 7-11 on the first floor connected to the building, with pharmacy & Japanese restaurant there, you could just stay in the hotel all day without going out if the weather is not preferred. The food and bar of the restaurant is also something I like, with the view at night, you will fall in love with the city of Bangkok. I’ll definitely stay with this hotel again next time."
