This B&B is centrally located in the Franciacorta region. The property managers are very kind. However, we were switched to a different room upon arrival which did not have AC. We weren’t informed of this. This affected our stay as it was during a heat wave and mosquitos came into our room since we had to keep the door and windows open.

Hi. We are extremely sorry but you arrived in 3 instead of 2 and we have tried to do our best giving you the biggest triple room with additional bed to enable each one to sleep In a separate bed . Every room is provided with anti-mosquitos set to avoid any problem. Sorry. Next time you can book an additional room

Perfect place to visit Franciacorta
Our purpose was to visit Franciacorta wine producers and see lake Iseo, and Villa Franca wa sperfectly located for this. In addition the premises were very nice and the owners very friendly and helpful

Francesca est une hôte merveilleuse et est généreuse d'informations de toutes sortes. Les petits déjeuners sont excellents et Passirano se trouve près de tous les vignobles que nous voulions visiter. C'est un endroit à ne pas manquer.

The villa is beautiful, as are the rooms and its garden. The breakfast was mediocre, consisting of a packet of cookies, too sweet cake from the supermarket, and 'yoghurt with fruit' was yoghurt from a plastic cup and a (whole) peach, which of course cleaning a peach makes a total mess. It would take the stay to a higher level even if the fruit was already cut or the yoghurt was put in a bowl.

Thks a lot for yr comment. Unfortunately due to covid restriction the buffet is not allowed. We serve a hand made cake, croissant and 3 different menu together with caffe, cappuccino, milk or tea and a juice. Sorry to know you want something else, you could ask and we’d be delighted to satisfy yr needs. By the way thank you again.

Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und freundlich. Das Zimmer war sehr schön mit einem riesigen Bad. Der Garten ist sehr groß und darf genutzt werden. Es ist eine sehr ruhige Gegend. Beim Frühstück gab es 3 Menüs zur Auswahl.

Breve soggiorno in questa villa immersa Nel verde di Passirano, molto bella, dispone di camere ampie, confortevoli e pulite. Ambiente super tranquillo, non si sente alcun rumore fino alle 7 30 del mattino quando suonano le campane del vicino campanile: nessun problema per chi viaggia per lavoro! colazione non all’altezza della location

Afslapning og vingårde ved Villa Francs
Villa Franca er et velholdt sted med meget venlige og hjælpsomme værter. Stedet ligger dejligt fredeligt med vinmarker som nabo. En stor have er til fri afbenyttelse og aftensmad kan bestilles og er meget lækkert

Oasi immersa nel verde per un totale relax. vicinanza alle principali cantine (per chi ama il vino) od attrazioni come il lago di Iseo. La famiglia, ospitante, è molto gentile e accorta nel mettere a proprio agio gli ospiti.
