Cant belive what a difference a week makes last week stayed in room 29 nice room last night stayed in room 28 , place stinking of cigarettes, unable to flush the toilet as blocked , no tv ariel so no tv , had to keep the window open all night due to smell , unable to change room as full

Receptionist was great, very helpful. Parking was secure. We arrived late, it was dark and unfortunately there were a number of "migrants" gathering close by. They looked ready to attempt to cross the channel. I felt quite intimidated. We left early, the accommodate was great, yet again we saw groups of migrants walking back, away from the channel. It's very sad and disturbing to see these unfortunate people. I can't stress enough how helpful, clean and secure we felt at the hotel 🏩

Good place for a restful night at a very resonnable price. Great to have a kettle for anytime hot drink. The same water comes out of a golden tap or an ordinary one.

Getting a little tired.
Quick overnight stay, used hotel many times before, but found this room a little tired now, TV not working, bathroom needs a really good deep clean, as I went down for breakfast at 9AM some of the items that are there normally had gone but not been restocked. Would I stay again? Yes as the price is fine for a quick nights stay.

Very pleasant and helpful staff. Previous occupants waste left in bathroom. Pillows very poor quality. Noisy people outside room throughout the night. Air conditioning didn’t work.

Very convenient for Euro Tunnel
We had our two dogs with us snd they were welcomed. We requested a ground floor room and were given it. Our only problem was the parking. There is free parking but they are making 4 spaces for electric cars in a parking area that is not that big. We were allowed to park in one of these spaces as the electric spaces not working yet. When they are it will be very difficult to find a place to park. Dogs cost 5 euros each which is reasonable.

Ok stay
It was basic and fairly comfy and not too bad for the price, rooms need a refresh but it was generally clean. Lady on reception was nice and friendly. Ok for a quick stop over.

The hotel room was quite small but OK I suppthe staff were very pleasant and efficient I found the evening meal a little expensive Likewise the breakfirst was expensive as well both there was plenty of it So overall it wasn't too bad

The employees were very good but the accommodations are in dire need of TLC. It would be nice if it was like the Campanile Nord Hotel in Tours that one was great! There was no chance of getting drenched by the rain when walking to the reception.
