"The location of the hotel is excellent. It’s about 5 minutes from the train station and a few minutes from attractions. My room was very comfortable and was spotlessly clean. I would have preferred lighter bed linen, than a quilt, but that is a personal presence. I also would have appreciated a complementary bottle of water given the cost of the hotel. I was disappointed that the bar was not opened as it was advertised as having one. Maybe it is open during the Summer. As a solo traveller, I like the option of having a quite drink at nighttime at a hotel. However, this is a beautiful hotel, I enjoyed my stay and I will consider staying here again when I next visit Parma. "

"We were 4 mature Welsh Rugby supporters staying for 3 nights in Parma for the rugby match. We checked in late, at 9.00pm, the reception person was very helpful in sorting the check-in and telling us where the best places for meals in the city centre. Nothing was a bother the whole stay. The room was spotless and very clean and spacious. The continental breakfast was very good with everything you need. You can have unlimited amount of drinks and food. Will definitely stay here again."

"This hotel is under the Novotel chain. Check in was at Novotel Parma Centro which is 300m from Parma Station. After getting the keys from there, we walked about 800m to the high-end shopping area Cavour where the Residenze Cavour is located smacked in the midst of the high-end shopping area, above Zara. It comes with a living room with 1 single bed and 1 single sofa bed, bedroom with a double bed, and a huge dining room equipped with full sets of crockeries, cutleries, and kitchen appliances. Very spacious room. We just wanted to stay longer in the room and sacrifice going out for sight seeing!"
