Great property near my family so that made it more desirable. Enjoyed the continental breakfast both mornings which was great. Could’ve used a few more fruit options but good overall. The only area that I felt really needed attention was the cleanliness of the elevators. Perhaps carpet isn’t the best choice in this high traffic area. All in all, a great visit and will definitely be back.

I like how clean and quiet the property was. One of the reasons I like this chain, is because usually the breakfast is a great experience. This time however the person who was running the station was just slothful. I came down earlier during the dining time and the hot food station, was not kept up with. And eventually ran out of eggs. And the breakfast was still open an hour and a half after that, and many people came to get eggs and left disappointed. Although the worker working there had no issue, coming out and grabbing himself cinnamon rolls, but never once added more eggs. The rest of the staff and experience was great.

When I got into my room, it was 49° with the heat turned off. By the time I woke up in the morning the room it only got to 62°. Considering how much I paid for this room I would’ve thought the room would’ve been warm when I walked in and not a frigid 49°.

Everyone there was SUPER nice... easy check in and out.. Great Breakfast... Large room... and CLEAN... we did find one clothing tag on the floor from the previous occupants,,, but to us/ that's was NOT a deal breaker !!! Thank you for a pleasing.and safe stay !!

I like that it was easy to find. I did not like the constant sound of water running inside the walls from the bathroom on the 3rd floor and the kids who were constantly running back and forth above us. Holiday Inn has always been my favorite placw to stay but this is the first one I have not liked.

Very friendly staff. Clean. Nice pool. Breakfast was very good and coffee was good. Rooms are very nice and comfortable. I town for a funeral and it was very nice to come home to the hotel after a stressful day

Excellent option for staying in Parkersburg
Very spacious room, even the bathroom had plenty of space. Quiet location. Beds were firm. Night staff was friendly and efficient. Breakfast was nicely presented. I have family in the area and I will definitely stay here again.

Overall it was a great stay. Room was fine and at a high standard. There were a few thingsc with the facility, exterior key card access on door closest to elevators didnt work,elevators needed carpets cleaned, ice machine on our floor was broken.

Staff was extremely friendly & helpful. Only complaint for the trip was after checking in front desk called and said we weren’t showing checked in because of glitch in system between them and hotel.com. Had to run cc twice for incidentals husband ended up giving them cc number because of system not working ( written down).

Disappointed, my expectation was that I would experience cleanliness. Esp for the price at $185/night. Dirty floors, bath sink didn't drain, leftover food in the fridge. Don't stay here. If I paid $49.... Ok, I get it.
