We love our stay at Mercure Hotel. From check in to check out was very smooth. Delicious and fresh breakfast, the staff was very friendly and helpful at all times. Also a great hotel for people with a service animal. Until next time :)

Very nice hotel with good location
Lovely hotel about two blocks away from the Gare de Lyon train station. Small but comfortable rooms. Nice breakfast. Very walkable neighborhood and close to metro and train stations so getting around Paris was easy.

Tiny rooms, tacky decor, paper cups in bathroom, ordinary breakfast. Looks like a 2* hotel. Good location (near the station), helpful staff.

It’s a renovated late 19th-early 20th century property with a lot of charm. Rooms are small, but comfortable. Metro is right there.

Not as described.
Nothing like the description on hotel. Com no dressing gowns no kettle lumpy bed and pillows dirt underneath the beds no tea/coffee making facilities and paper cups for everything the bathroom was clean and else where just under the bed was dirty. But we’re helpful by moving us to wheelchair room. Very polite staff.

I think it's going through a slow renovation but there's work to be to upgrade to the 2020's including USB B and C charges. Staff were super nice.

First and last time
Room was ok but air con was super noisey, had to turn it off. Shower was very small and was a squeeze for me, I'm well built but not massive. Location was good and hotel was clean but would not stay here again.

Nice small property. Rooms are well kept and comfortable beds. Bathrooms are a lil small but excellent showers with great water pressure. Breakfast is good with multiple offerings.
