Property looks old,small rooms but tidy and looked after. Service and breakfast was excellent. The only failure was broken down lift and we have to take the stairs with our small luggages after long tiring trip to Paris. Will still recommend anyone visiting Bercy Paris suburb.

Very comfortable in an accessible location in Paris. Might not be ideal for business travellers because the wi-fi was a bit patchy and the room had a very small desk.

We enjoyed staying 4 nights. The place is clean, close to shopping, several dining options, just few mins walk to two metro stations. We didn't get to check the breakfast as we were leaving early morning for tours. The only complaint is the room is very small and I presume this is the case in Paris. There is no dresser/cupboard to keep personal stuff. Definitely recommend this place.

This was absolutely one of the best stays. Very clean . The staff are friendly and helpful. The receptionist named Luis was very nice and really helped.

Quiet little hotel on a quiet street. Nothing out of the ordinary for the hotel but my room was extremely humid for some reason. We tried hanging clothes to dry and they were still wet after 3 days whereas I didn't have the same problem in any of the other hotels I stayed at. This hotel is an option if you need to take an early train like me to Gare de Lyon and don't want to pay the premium for closer (and potentially better) hotels.

Excellent little hotel
Friendly staff, clean, quiet hotel very well situated for the metro and the weekend we stayed there was the bonus of an enormous vide grenier sale right outside. We came back with treasures! Cafes, bars and restaurants nearby. It suited us well. The room was not big but had all we needed.

Nice looking hotel and friendly staff but had to room change after previous guest had flooded bathroom onto room carpet which was soaking wet when we walked in and left to dry unnoticed so room stank of damp. New room had no hairdryer or water. Staff helpful but a shame about the room.

Internet was poor and lift wasn’t always working making the trek to 5th floor not always fun. Limited supply of drinking water bottles and staff was not always very friendly or accommodating.

We sincerely apologize for all inconvinience. Wifi issue has been fixed. Signal is now higher. We are provided one free bottle in the room. More are available at the bar. First time in Paris
We had an amazing first time in Paris, the hotel surrounding feels like your own neighborhood lots of things around within walking distance, restaurants, bakeries, train entries and also open market right in front of the hotel. The room We stay very small but in Paris it is common so We adjust to that, at night the sign of the hotel and entry need a light to help seen the hotel. Besides that everything was perfect and definitely We’ll comeback again. Special thanks to the hotel stuff they are great and willing to help you in all you needs, Thanks so much to: Vanessa, Capucine, Laila, Xavier, Vivian. And the cleaning/room ladies.

We used this hotel for an overnight stay in Paris in route to our destination in Italy. We were taking the train from Gare de Lyon station and the hotel was somewhat close and in our desired price range. The hotel staff let us check in many hours early and this was a life saver after traveling by coach class from Dallas. The bedroom area was small (typical for Europe) but very clean, the bathroom was modern and also clean, bed extremely comfortable and WiFi fast. We did not eat at the hotel but the restaurant was in a garden setting and very inviting. The hotel staff also let us keep our rather large luggage in their secure area prior to us leaving after check out. I cannot say enough about our wonderful stay at this hotel...

Good lodging at a budget price
This hotel is in a “normal” neighborhood so don’t expect to see any souvenir shops. It’s in a little lower-income area with several vacant store spaces but we didn’t feel unsafe walking around. There’s a metro stop at the nearby traffic circle, less than a 5-minute walk. Our room was tiny but cute. It had a window opening onto the courtyard, with thick bamboo screening our view. The shower was wonderful, though the curtain wasn’t quite long enough and the floor got wet. The bed was comfy. No dresser for storage, but there were some shelves near the door. Hallways are very narrow and dark-paneled, which could be a problem for someone who’s claustrophobic. The elevator was a tight fit for four average-sized adults even with no luggage. Staff were friendly and spoke some English. You can leave your luggage with them for a while after you check out. We didn’t have the hotel breakfast so can’t comment on that. We checked out on a Friday morning and walked outside to find a neighborhood street market going on! All in all a good experience.

Nice rooms, beautiful courtyard garden and breakfast area! Breakfast was delicious, had croissants/ chocolate croissants, coffee, cappuccino, hot chocolate, tea, orange juice, eggs, ham, cereals among many other things. Also, many of these items were either organic or vegan as well.

Untimely renovations
Location away from main Paris attraction but close to Gare de Lyon. Cute courtyard. We arrived before lunchtime so did not expect to be able to get the room right away. We arrived in the lobby while in was undergoing major renovations, we were immediately covered in a could of plaster dust, someone was sanding the ceiling in the small lobby. I reminded the man at the reception that we had requested 2 singled beds, he said that would not be a problem. When we cam back at the end of the day, the woman working the reception told us the room number and said she did not know if it was 1 double or 2 singles and the hotel was fully booked up! I walked in the office behind, the man I had spoken to earlier was there, and he got our room changed. The room was really small, I mean you cannot open your suitcase. But it was very clean with a modern bathroom. We stayed 3 nights, by the time we left the lobby renovations were completed.

'A room with a view'
Upon approach to the hotel, I thought that we’d hit the jackpot, nice looking building, lovely courtyard embellished with giant bamboo’s. When I opened the glass French doors to the ‘twin room’ I could have cried. The ‘room’ felt like I was staying in a summerhouse in the garden of the hotel. So narrow that the beds could not be split. We felt like we were participating in a wedding when a wedding party literally partied at the end of the beds on Saturday afternoon. On Sunday morning, I showered in view (slightly obscured by the voiles at the window) of the guests enjoying their breakfast in the courtyard, 3 meters from the room – an experience absolutely but not one that I’d ever repeat.

Great option in Paris
This place was great in all ways possible. Comfort of room was excellent. Staff was great. Area was good and great local transport options just outside the door. Metro 6 and 8 very handy and takes you all over the city. All in all, a really comfy and great place

Nice Hotel

Lovely Place close to major attractions
We enjoyed our overnight at Hotel le Quartier Bercy Square. We found the staff very friendly and helpful. The location is great for being close enough to walk to many of the sites.

3.5 star hotel centrally located
Easy access from Gare Cornavin. Clean rooms, large screen TV, nice bathrooms, in room coffee maker and central AC. I am usually picky about hotels and enjoyed my stay. The rooms are cozy, not large, but bigger than usual European rooms. Some TV channels didn't work but most did. There's a steam/sauna room and gym downstairs. Pretty good experience.
