Service was great, property clean and quiet. This was a gift for my brother and he was very pleased with the service and property. He did mentioned however, water temperature in the shower was not constant as it keeps getting very hot and cold during his showers. Besides that inconvenience, he did enjoy his time and will come back again.

A nice hotel for a short stay. Employees are very kind. Food is good although expensive and the service slow. There is private access to the beach but with rocks so almost not possible to swim. The facilities are very clean and the pool with the sea and sky view is very nice.

Awful staff in the restaurant area!!! Impossible to have a nice breakfast. They took about 20 minutes to bring us 2 fried eggs. We would never go back to that place!!!

Hasta este momento no me han entregado mi factura contable. La he pedido en varias oportunidades y no logro me la hagan llegar. Comienzo a pensar que no me la van a entregar. No tienen pack & play ni cunas en el Hotel, casi todas las familias tienen niños y es una vergüenza que un hotel tan grande tenga SÓLO UN PACK & PLAY. En el comedor tienen muchas moscas, mala atención en el counter, pedí nos ayuden con las maletas y me dejaron en espera por media hora, tuvimos que hacer esa gestión sin ellos.

I waited two hours for my room, it was ok . The breakfast was buffet style. It was bad, cold and very basic. Eggs were watery and the waffles uncooked. Really disappointed for the amount of money i paid.

Everyone in the hotel was extremely nice and kind,very accommodating. Customer service is excellent. They had family night which was very nice and day which they did a treasure hunt with kids. We enjoyed our days at the Radisson i wish we would've went in their summer. The pool was cold for us

The staff seems to be trying but the amenities miss the mark. And I struggled more with the language barrier than other properties I stayed at in Peru. It is not walking distance to anything of interest but it’s a 10 min taxi ride to the little township. There’s a beautiful bar with high end coffee maker in lobby that is hardly ever staffed. The balcony of our room is a 3.5’ solid concrete wall with no chairs. And if you did sit you would no longer have a view of the ocean. No coffee maker in room. On weekends it seems that local families come here for vacation so you have to reserve your breakfast buffet time slot the night before as it can become a feeding frenzy. The restaurant is fine for breakfast but at dinner time it’s lit up like a high school cafeteria making for a harsh ambiance. We had dinner at the poolside grill instead. There’s a peaceful sandy area between the pool and beach. But if you want to get to the water you have cross the rocks which make up the actual beach. You can’t walk the beach here. Pluses: they offer kayaks and paddle boards. The pisco sours are delicious. The wood fire pizza oven at the pool grill is great. The beds are super comfortable. The property is clean.

The staff at the reception area was friendly but it took a long time to do the check in. I called the receptionist because the bathroom wasn’t clean but they never answered. The pool area wasn’t clean, ants all over my drink’s table. I was waiting for ever to get a towel for me and my family. The check out process was long, there were a lot of people. Very disappointed.

It's an excellent hotel with nice restaurant and very clean rooms. The pool is spectacular. It has access to the beach too. I wouldn't recommend this is a the sole destination (just because the surroundings are not exactly pleasant), but it was perfect as a stop on our Peru trip.

I love this hotel... I come here every chance I get. The service is great even though it is a new hotel and have some tiny kinks to work out. They do above and beyond what they can. My wife has a variety of food allergies they made sure she has fresh juice that would accommodate her needs eveymorning for breakfast. Spent a birthday there and my honeymoon and each time to my surprise they left us a beautiful desert.

When checking in they were trying to charge sales tax for foreigners on the room rentals. when paying in USD they give you back your change of the USD in Peruvian Soles but at a ridiculous exchange rate.

The pool was nice but that was pretty much all they had to offer. The rooms were average and the bathrooms didn’t have a ventilation system. The Wednesday we arrived the fish meal factory had been operating and there was a nauseous odour all throughout the property. My main problem with this stay was their breakfast. I drank a papaya juice that ruined my stay. It gave me the worst stomach infection. My husband drank less of it given he noticed a strange sourness to it and also fell ill but not as bad. Our kids didn’t drink the juice and were fine.

For that price and level hotel stay was bad. was a complete mess at breakfast. food choices weren't great, but the staff couldn't provide them. the table was not enough, we had to wait in line, later the outdoor terrace was opened, but there were no sunshades, we had to eat under a sun. the restaurant was forgotten about the order three times. forgot to clean the room, despite the fact that between 9:30 and 17:00 a card was hanging asking to clean the room. Not recomend hotel, until they would not organized good staff work.

We stayed with family and children for a night. While the hotel facilities are new and hence clean, there is lot of room for improvement in operations. There was considerable wait at the restaurants, both dinner and breakfast. The individual staff were very apologetic and tried to do their best, but as a team, they were unable to deliver. We specifically chose Radisson because of the brand, but the experience was not up to par.

nice hotel property. needs improvement..
Hotel was new, so things were clean. good condition. spacious rooms. reasonably priced. Most of staff only spoke spanish so it was hard to communicate (when they ran out of beach/pool towels etc.) Breakfast room is too small to accommodate all the guests and it felt like a zoo. food was mediocre, and sparse. wiped clean. service couldn't keep up. on the other hand, the staff was very nice and tried to be helpful. We had dietary restrictions and they were very accommodating to us. Also, this hotel is somewhat isolated. (there's no where to walk)

The property is excellent and is new. The lady at the desk was very kind and let us extend the checkout time to 3pm. We actually checked out by 3.30pm. They’re is AC but no heat for the cold days. But Paracas may not need it. The room phone was a bit iffy when connected to the main desk. The pool is beautiful but not heated.

This hotel is located in closed complex, 5 minutes by car from Paracas tourist center. Right by the ocean,nearly brand new.8 of us were among few guests they had at the time of our stay.Hotel was extremely clean,with very,very friendly and helpful staff.We had a dinner at their restaurant, which was delicious. The only minor downside, in my opinion was breakfast. Very few choices. Other than that,highly recommended.

Brand new hotel (opened July 16, 2019). Beautiful pool, adjacent to the ocean. Great views! Friendly staff. Very comfortable.
