The room was clean but a little dated. The bathroom was pretty clean except for some hairs in the shower. The breakfast is adequate.

Great Hotel Gem in Panama !
Front Desk staff were helpful, friendly and courteous! Room and beds were comfortable! Great little bar with a wonderful bartender Henry! Nice rooftop pool!

Great Place to stay in the Financial District
This was formerly known as the Hyatt Place Hotel. It is the same great hotel, clean, contemporary, affordable hotel in the financial district. Onsite parking garage. It's a great place to stay.

Great stay in Panama City, directly located in the financial district and therefor very safe and close to the sea. Highly recommended to stay here when visiting Panama.

Sus habitaciones son muy amplias y acogedoras, el área social es sencilla, buena vista. Están bien ubicados, cerca de muchos restaurantes y accesible al metro. El vale parking debería ser opcional. El personal le falta un poco más de carisma.

Habitacionea remodeladas bastante bien. Proceso se checkin algo lento. El desayuno no es tan variado y demoran en reponer lo faltante. El personal durante el desayuno se mostro poco amable.

We were staying at the hotel to times on our trip in Panama. Check in is at 15.00 (3PM) but we arrived earlier, the receptionist was rude, and made it sound like maybe there will be a room ready at 3 PM, but she did give us access to the pool. The second time an another receptionist was also rude and said we couldn’t access the pool before after 3 PM. When we finally got the room, we waited 30 minutes on maintenance to get our door open. So both times really bad experience with check in and not really friendly staff. The room is big, nice and clean. Breakfast not good.

Le hace falta un lobby más entretenido, tener un pequeño bar bien dotado, bien decorado, con una buena oferta de pasabocas para lograr que el huésped se quede en el hotel
