Was really surprised about how nice this stay was! The room was great and bed was fantastic! Staff were lovely and bar downstairs was great! Only bad thing to say was the hallway was very loud, could hear everyone walking and talking throughout the other nigh, otherwise highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

They have construction going on so you could hear the work through the walls they should have let guests know give a heads up at least Our room was not serviced we asked for servicing staff had gone home so then asked for fresh towels didn't get them the first time but had to ask twice We asked for a late check out due to the service not given they gave us and hour but nothing else no options to accommodate or apologise Disappointed in stay hope this was a one off

The room we stayed in looked slightly tired - quite a small bathroom too. The cleanliness was good though and the place is going through some renovations. The outbuildings look tired too. Comfortable stay but was expecting a little more for my money.

I won't recommend this property if you are looking for a long-term stay. They are not providing any facilities in the room even no waste bin, microwave, drinking water etc.

Our stay was great overall. No complaints and staff wonderful - though as prompted for feedback, had my children been younger and at nap stage, the construction in the rooms surrounding our building should have been advised at an earlier stage to when I found out. The room was also boiling when we arrived late at night and when we were getting ready to leave, it was sweltering and I left feeling uncomfortable and like I hadn’t showered. There was only a fan, no air con or private way to air the rooms. The fan in the bathroom had no way to turn it off and only options to turn the full lights on in the lounge where two beds are. For the price, I am super stoked. Anymore though and if my toddler was needing a nap, I probablu would have been annoyed. I really can’t complain considering the price though.

Excellent place to stay and park your car right in front of your property so easy to unload your luggage and load when leaving. Easy access to walk in the hotel building to have breakfast its just right next door, theres paknsave near by and burger King and pubs around that area.

Best of a variable bunch
Good option as very little choice in Palmerston north. Would be good if the rooms had air conditioning. I appreciate it will be expensive to put in but many people speak of the need for this.

I was put into room 502 which had loud banging coming from somewhere. I then spoke to reception about itvand knew of the issue and had moved people from this room before.i was then asked if i wanted another room which i agreed on byt was put into a cold smaller room ........

This hotel is well located and has free parking on site and free internet. The foyer, restaurant area, hallway and our room were very clean. The room was modern and simple and everything was in good order. We experienced a low level of noise from the floor above throughout the night which sounded like a generator. Staff were courteous and professional. This hotel does not have air conditioning.
