Ok
Location was ok, but it’s 15 -20 min walk to the center of town. Breakfast was basic by Sicilian standards.. room was big and clean

Grazie per la recensione , purtroppo la legge non ci consente di fare manipolazione di alimenti in quanto siamo un b&b senza partita iva. possiamo somministrare alimenti solo pre-confezionati.

All around nice, and good value
Advantageous location close, but not too close, to train and bus stations. And the historic center of city is within walking distance. Nice room, nice owners, nice breakfast. Cash payment only.

Charming and economical
Excellent. We spoke French which worked well. Brilliant nice and charming, and cool, restaurant Pot in nearby via Garibaldi. And I could leave my bags all day prior to an evening bus.

convenient for both station and sea/marina
Good: 10 mins walk from station and from sea. Bit of a scruffy road, very noisy, but also the road which contains the Orte Botanico gardens- unmissable. Room was in lovely old mansion style block/apartment. Prettily decorated with huge bathroom- unfortunately the sink sprang a leak and we were paddling in water for a while. As hosts didn't speak English, we weren't sure how to tell them. Breakfast not as varied as we'd have liked and my tea was made with lukewarm water, so I left it undrunk.

Great location for the Festa
My family of four took the train into Palermo for the summer Festa and walked to this nearby BandB. We enjoyed the owners and appreciated their guidance and advice about the city. The room was perfect, clean and ample. At breakfast at the large table, we shared nice coffee and pastries with a family of France. A wonderful place!

Homey B&B In the Middle of the City
Even though we arrived at 10 p.m., Camilla & Filippo, welcomed us with smiles. After a long plane ride, our big room was a wonderful and welcome site....clean, remodeled bathroom, vintage armoire for our clothes, comfortable bed and unique artwork everywhere. Although our breakfast of juice, fruit, yogurt, croissants & cereal were set out for us to enjoy, Camilla always came in to make the coffee fresh for us. My husband needed an ice pack and Camilla accommodated us with a smile. We were a five-minute walk to the bus, train and port. And, if you can't find a parking space on the street, there is a garage a two-minute walk behind their building for 10 euros/night. Our balcony overlooked an inner courtyard so there was no street noise....but we could sometimes hear the wonderful banter from the Il Siciliano restaurant behind us. We loved this restaurant (Via Gaetano Filangeri, 10) so much, we went often. (ask for Johnnie).

Nice and clean
Very nice little family run b&b. Staff is very polite and good at giving indications however they don't speak English which might be a problem if you don't speak Italian. Overall good but the street outside is extremely dirty.

close location to all main attractions
Room was very nice and clean beautifully decorated with artistic pictures. Large bathroom and shower, nice balcony with flowers. It is only a few minutes walking distance from the city centre. The owners were very helpful and showed us a map and car parking close by.

Saubere und sichere Unterkunft zentral in Palermo. Stadtzentrum und HBf bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Sehr freundliche und bemühte Gastgeber....sprechen aber nur italienisch ....dadurch Kommunikation eingeschränkt, hat aber alles geklappt. Einfaches sizilianisches Frühstück. Zimmer war zur Innen-/Gartenseite ausgerichtet, dadurch kein Verkehrslärm .....insgesamt aber sehr hellhörig.

Diese sehr individuelle Unterkunft hat mir wirklich gut gefallen! Das Viertel ist interessant und lebendig, zu Fuß ist vieles erreichbar, mein Zimmer war nach hinten gelegen und damit sehr ruhig.

Alors que dire.. que du négatif, a éviter absolument, quartier insalubre, dégueulasse a côté de la gare. Propriétaire terrible ..mal accueilli , irrespectueux, le plus important c'est l'argent. .. Proche des sous, petit dej limite horrible, y a rien et nappe salé et tout le monde déjeune sur la même petite table, aucun produit typique, aucunes saveurs, tout est vieux et dépassé,.

Questo signore, che non ha il coraggio di dire chi è, ma che ho ben individuato si è presentato dicendo che aveva già pagato. Ho cercato di spiegargli che la carta di credito che aveva fornito era solo a garanzia. Solo dopo un bel po ha capito che aveva torto. Allora questa recensione è la vendetta che un vigliacco in modo anonimo cerca di fare.

Très bon accueil du couple qui gère le B&B. Quartier glauque le soir ( près de la gare trains et bus ), mais à 15 min de marche des points de visite. Confort spartiate ( sdb très petite pour la chambre quadruple. Breakfast basique, charcuterie + fromages hard discount. Très bruyant ( portes qui claquent...)

駅に近くとても親切なＢ＆Ｂ
駅、バスターミナルから５分ととても立地が良く、オーナー一家も皆さんとても親切で朝食も美味しかったです。お部屋もとても清潔で広々としていました。２泊しましたが無料でミネラルウォーターも用意してくれたし、ＷiＦiも１日中繋がりやすかったのでとても良かったです。 ものでとても良かったです。

Olin hyvin tyytyväinen majoituspaikkani henkilökuntaan ja paikan sijaintiin. Oli aamuisin mukava lähteä ovesta ulos, koska aurinko paistoi ovelle, ja nopeasti ymmärsi minne päin piti lähteä. Näki suhteellisen kauas joka suuntaan eikä ollut kiusallisia kojuja ympärillä eikä muutakaan häiriötekijöitä. Jos halusin junalle tai bussille, matka oli lyhyt, jos halusin nähtävyyksille, tiesin sijaintini ja karttaa oli helppo lukea. Palermo on todella kiehtova, monentason ja taiteiden kaupunki. Merta, aurinkoa, kauppoja ja palatseja sekä paljon ruokapaikkoja.

500 Meter vom zentralen Bahnhof und Busbahnhof
Wir wurden sehr freundlich und herzlich empfangen. Die Familie war immer sehr bemüht. Sie gaben Tourenvorschläge und waren immer sehr bemüht um uns. Tolles Frühstück in der Küche mit allem was dazu gehört. Sehr ruhige und saubere Zimmer mit Balkon zum Garten hin. Bushaltestelle vom Stadtbus vor dem Haus. Bis zum Bahnhof sind es zu Fuß 7 min. Dort fahren die Fernbusse in andere Städte, zum Flughafen, die S-Bahn, alles Stadtbusse und Taxen. es sind nur ein paar hindert Meter zum Meer und in zahlreiche Bars und Kneipen. Wir können die Unterkunft volll empfehlen.

Familiare e piacevolissimo
con un soggiorno breve ho apprezzato molte cose: la grande cortesia dei proprietari, l'ampiezza della stanza, il silenzio, le brioche fresche e il caffè appena fatto a colazione, la vicinanza alla stazione centrale. ci tornerei volentieri anche per un periodo più lungo.

Gute Wahl in Bahnhofsnaehe
Dieses B&B kann ich voll und ganz empfehlen. Kurzer Weg vom Bahnhof. Liegt im hinteren Teil eines alten Hauses, daher trotz der Lage an verkehrsreicher Strasse sehr ruhig. Wird betrieben von einer sehr reizenden aelteren Dame, die gut franzoesisch spricht. Zimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles in allem eine sehr angenehme Erfahrung

Camilla, l'hôtesse, parle français et fourni de nombreux conseils de visite et de restaurants. Accueil au petit soin accueil très chaleureux, petit déjeuner varié et copieux, literie excellente, chambre calme et spacieuse très bonne situation géographique : proximité de la piazza marina (centre historique) et de la gare (accès facile pour l'aéroport), près de la mer.

Wir fanden dies B&B wirklich toll ! Sehr nette Inhaber, ein Paar was zwar nur italienisch spricht, aber das tat der Herzlichkeit keinen Abbruch. Die Zimmer sind alle sehr hübsch und teilweise auch richtig groß. Badzimmer recht neu und sehr sauber. Klimaanlage und W-lan ist natürlich auch vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und die Lage ist auch sehr gut. Nah zum Bahnhof, aber auch in die Altstadt.

Tolles B&B in zentraler Lage
Das B&B hat eine super Lage, man kann zu Fuß die Altstadt erkunden. Parkplätze entlang der Straße sind vorhanden und der Weg von der Autobahn zum B&B ist nicht weit, auch der Bahnhof ist in der Nähe. Das Zimmer war nett eingerichtet und sauber, mit sehr großem, schönen Badezimmer. Die Besitzerin sehr nett und hilfsbereit, auch das Frühstück war sehr gut. Definitiv zu empfehlen!
