"Location and ocean view was FANTASTIC. While it's not a 5-star/ $1000 per night hotel, it has everything you would need/ expect from an excellent beach house. We were only a group of 2, but the house easily could accommodate 6 people. Great jumping off point to see sites on this side of the island ..."

Yes he has some rules but his place for three days cost me less then one night at Prop 19 in Kona and was a lot better stay. But that side of the island is family more original Hawaiian they are Community oriented. ..."
