The breakfast included was very very nice! Rooms were nice and clean and the staff were super friendly. Bonus as the 24hour car park is less than a minute walk aswell.

The convenience of being in the heart of Padstow, on the flat and near to the venue where we were dining. There was nothing to dislike about our stay. When the receptionist heard we were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary they produced two bottles of bubbly for us to celebrate. Very thoughtful and much appreciated.

A really enjoyable stay: great location; wonderful view from the room and helpful staff. However parking is a major challenge (it might be helpful for the property to explore reserving spaces in the public car park opposite) and the decor in the room was a little tired.

Fabulous location right on the seafront in Padstow. Very comfortable room and staff were lovely. Breakfast was very good.

Great place in the best location- walk everywhere
This place is amazing with the best views; at least my room had a great view of harbor. You are close to great restaurants, the bike rental place and the beach path! Breweries,restaurants and shopping are at your doorstep, even though it is a quant size town! The staff was great as was breakfast although I only had breakfast 1 day. Only improvement would be ability to open windows a little more but understand it is a safety precaution. I booked another stay in 2024 as I left!

Very friendly and helpful staff, fantastic food, huge room with all facilities you'd expect, excellent setting. Can't fault. No parking but plenty of public car park space around. We will stay again!

It’s a lovely pub with accommodation. Room big with views of harbour and sea. Little tired and a bit dusty but it’s a good room at a good rate and the staff really really good, especially reception team!

Really amazing location. Staff friendly. Overall good. Dining and bar area We’ll set out and great quality. However, carpets to rooms and in room dirty. Mirror in bathroom old and broken. Top of rain shower unit dusty and hadn’t been cleaned for ages. For little expense in terms of small repairs and attention to detail and cleaning of carpets, this place could be immaculate and really top notch. Shame the owners clearly not on top of maintenance

A very nice stay and we were looked after by the staff. The rooms were cleaned and tea and coffee replenished. They have attention to detail. Would definitely return and also recommend to others.

A very pleasant two-day stay
Excellent. Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely room (2) overlooking the harbour with a generous supply of teas and coffee. Modern shower. Proper (and enormous) English breakfast with an extensive choice of other fare if bacon, sausage, eggs, mushrooms, tomatoes etc is not to your taste. And a good range of beers at the bar. A very pleasant two-day stay.

Old Custom house Padstow
Perfect location at a good price with public parking across the road (£8.80 for a day). Room was comfortable with good quality bedding and towels etc. Breakfast was great choice and nicely cooked.

Staff and customer service was excellent. Building is noisy, can hear everything from the restaurant/bar and rooms thru the floor, ceiling and walls. Beautiful location and again, wonderful staff. Just noisy.

Our room was lovely and cozy with a view of the harbour. The only complaint I had was there is a hairdresser salon by room 1,2 and 3. It was very noisy unfortunately. I recommend to request a room away from the salon

The Hotel is in a great location, everything is walkable in and around Padstow. What really stood out was the natural friendliness from all the staff. They were so hospitable, nothing was too much trouble and they really care

The location of the hotel was spot on, we managed to park in the harbour car park with spaces still available - I’m not sure if this will be the case in high season. The staff were attentive & friendly. The hotel is looking a little tired & could do with a freshen up. From first impressions climbing the stairs to the rooms the carpet is worn. Once in the room, the room was spacious and had nice touches like the Elemis products and a nespresso coffee maker - but there were several areas where paint was chipped off. Overall we had a nice stay at the hotel, we just felt it needed sprucing up a bit
