"It was an amazing experience, starting from our reception in the hotel, everything was flawless. The quality of the service and the attention to the details were impressive. As it was the day before the N. Sra. Fatima, and a lot of pilgrims were in the city and we got a lot of good recommendations from the staff, concerning places and activities. The place is comfortable and as the name says very charming hotel."

"Excellent stay overall! Beautiful view from my balcony of the Basilica. Close to all the places you would want to visit during your stay in Fatima. Parked my car in safe hotel parking and walked everywhere I wanted to see! Didn’t move car until I had to leave for the airport (close to Lisboa Aeroporto, approximately 1 hour 20 minutes)"

"We had a lovely stay , the staff and our bedroom were very nice, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good, again the staff were very nice and helpful. We did not swim because the pool was too small, I think this is not a swimming pool more like a large plunge pool. The dinner in the restaurant was disappointing, overpriced and the food was very poor. this i believe to be a very fair evaluation. we would stay here again for bed and breakfast but would not have dinner!"
