It is a nice easy going friendly place to stay. Very convenient for fishing trips . Price is right also.

I can’t say enough about the otter! From the amazing staff, that goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Great gift shop, great restaurant inside the hotel clean and extremely comfy beds. Convenience of offsales in the building as well! I travel extensively for work, for over 10 years, and this has by far been the best bang for your buck ever!!! Highly recommend!

Staff kept us well informed of contactless check-in procedures. Really like the keypad entry. Place was perfect for us. The only downside was the restaurant/bar clientele entering and exiting the building through the hotel side which made it louder than it should have been late into the evening. If they aren’t registered hotel guests, they should not be in that section of the building.

We were assigned a room that was two feet from the entrance. This should be turned into storage or used for some other purpose. So noisy! Also, we spent the first few hours killing flies that were in our room.

Stayed 3 nights the 1st night was quite disturbing with live music in the bar and then carried out to the lobby. It was a convenient location to travel for family reunion at West Battle Lake

Very clean, well maintained lodge/supper club. We stayed in the deluxe room that was spacious with ample room for a family of 5.

Clean and simple
Simple and clean. A little noisy at night. We didnt have a refrigerator in our room. Family also stayed here and both rooms had refrigerators. Lights over the bed didn't work. Pretty expensive for the small room.

Sink was plugged but spouse was able to fix. No hairdryer, no tissues. Only one towel person. For almost $200 a night I would expect better. Free ice did help

Was in the area for a family reunion. Limited accommodations available, especially due to local festival taking place. Check-in is electronic when you get there, but I never received the confirmation code to enter into the kiosk. Older people who are not tech-savvy could have trouble doing this. My mother-in-law had to go to the bar of the attached supper club to check in. In all, not a big deal. No room keys but there's a keypad on door. Rooms were clean, though the beds are small, especially if two adults are sharing. The supper club does have good food. In all, a good experience and we'd stay there again if in the area.

We were on first floor. Our window didn't have a curtain that blocked the parking lot lights. It also allowed people to view us moving around in our room. The room was clean.

It was perfect, and it was nice having a restaurant and bar attached. We would stay there again. Staff at the Bar and restaurant were amazing as well.

Loved the supper club attached. Good food. The check in was a pain. Had to download an app. Very confusing. No real person to help. We were tired and hungry when we arrived and had to deal with this weird check in process.

Did not know that there is absolutely no staff and it is run by a kiosk. My code expedia did not work on the kiosk and no one to help. We were so exhausted from the day and never got to check in and had to leave. No one answers at the hotel because there is no staff so expedia doesn't want my proof i was there and pictures of kiosk. They wont give a refund even with travel insurance.
