This is a beautiful B and B … beautifully furnished Super clean and so roomy….. very close to all that Ostuni has to offer. Alessandra is a wonderful host … very welcoming and at the end of the phone if we needed her …might have liked a better breakfast on offer but adequate !! Overall fantastic stay …. So homely .. Thankyou Alexandra …..

Lovely cute studio flat, extremely clean and had everything you needed. Alessandra was a very welcoming host and made us feel very at home. Great location to be near the historic centre and all the restaurants and cafes. We used the breakfast vouchers at the local cafe every morning and were very pleased with it. Would definitely recommend and stay again. We loved Ostuni and Casa Baldassarre!

Exceptional clean well appointed apartment. Owner makes arrival time convenient to your schedule. Must park away from apartment and walk with your luggage so don’t carry too much with you. Lovely area with lots of shopping, Cafes and piazza. Many locals living in the neighborhood which is very very nice. Lots of families with children out and about!

Perfect situation, lots of room in the apartment, meet & greet was seamless, instructions clear - even had a coffee machine - with capsules! Couldn't really fault the property. Are there any downsides? There are steps that must be negotiated to get into the apartment but were managed easily by two "60-somethings" so can't be that bad. Ostuni isn't what you'd call "car friendly". Parking works out at about €10 a day - IF you can bag a space. We had to park in one of the large car parks on the outskirts of town initially but moved the car to the car park close to the apartment when a space was available in the evening. Paying by credit card meant we could obtain a ticket for the duration of our stay, (we didn't use the car during our two day stay).

Nice, Good value, and well-located.
Lovely, comfortable room in nice location, just outside the old city. 10 minute walk to the stunning cathedral. Very clean and contemporary, with a little kitchenette. World Stacy again.

Great BnB.
We were pleasantly supposed to find that we had the 3 rooms just for us. Nice to have the space of a full bedroom and a sitting room. Well appointed, except some drinking glasses would have been great. You do need to sort out parking with the owner, as you cannot park near the BnB. It is on main road and up stairs from the street. Being on the main road was very noisy in the am. The apartment next door might have been less noisy. Breakfast is a pastry and coffee in local cafe. Nice people. Great location for old town, restaurants and shops.

Pessima esperienza
In ritardo di 30 minuti, siamo stati accusati più volte di essere stati poco cortesi nel ritardare e non avvisare. Ci è stato detto che se fossimo arrivati 5 minuti più tardi non avremmo dormito e ci è stato fatto pesare molto il tutto. Oltretutto la camera dà sulla strada e la finestra non è per niente insonorizzata, per cui alle 6 del mattino sono iniziate a passare macchine e mezzi di tutti i tipi che sembravano essere in camera. Pessima esperienza.

Non mi sembra di aver detto assolutamente nulla di tutto ciò! Vi ho SOLO chiesto di cercare di anticipare dato che il check in è entro le ore 20 (come si legge in fase di prenotazione) . Nel momento della prenotazione è bene leggere tutto ciò che riguarda la struttura, noi siamo in pieno centro storico, non in una strada deserta. Ci tengo a precisare che, in questi giorni, abbiamo provveduto ad un miglior isolamento acustico, sostituendo gli infissi dell' intera struttura. Un saluto Alessandra

Una chicca nel centro di Ostuni❤
Casa Baldassarre si trova in una posizione ottima per raggiungere in pochi minuti il centro storico di Ostuni. La struttura è completamente ristrutturata in modo fine e di gusto, ogni particolare è curato nella sua semplicità, una vera chicca. Ambienti pulitissimi! La padrona di casa è stata estremamente gentile.... che dire ancora, soggiorno pressoché perfetto, grazie Alessandra!
