Quiet and central
Nice, quiet and comfortable hotel in central Oostende. Kettle in the room is a plus, wifi works well.

A very nice stay in Ostend
We spent a lovely long weekend in Ostend. One can go by tram to Knokke near Dutch border or in the other direction to Panne near the French border visiting all the nice places on the way.

Sunny Ostend in October
The Prado Next Door is a minute from the Prado hotel; in fact about a minute from most things. Great location whether you turn left or right from the entrance door. Big room, big shower, everything clean and everything worked; daily room cleaning/towels changed and supplies replenished and a lift. Hotel staff are professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We used the train (Ostend station 10 mins tops) and the Kust Tram from Marie Josplein (1 min) for everything. You need a solid base to enjoy your holiday and the Prado Next Door is most definitely that. The tourist info - a minute away - is a must for great advice.

Heel vriendelijk personeel, lekker en uitgebreid ontbijt. Mooie ruime kamer met een balkon, zeker leuk bij zonnig weer. We konden in de ontbijtzaal een gezelschapspelletje spelen (grotere tafels). Prado next door ligt op 1minuut wandelen van het echte Prado.

Abbiamo alloggiato qui per un weekend e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Struttura in centro a Ostenda, a due passi dal casinò, dal mare e dal centro. La camera era pulita e silenziosa. Consigliato!

L’accueil était parfait, la chambre est jolie, en revanche c’est vraiment dommage que la Clim réversible soit défectueuse avec cette température 28 degrés environ, donc une chaleur insupportable et malheureusement impossible de dormir la fenêtre ouverte à cause des mouettes.

Een mooie, net gerenoveerde kamer en badkamer, op loopafstand van het hotel. Gelegen in een rustige straat. Enige nadeel is dat je maar met 1 persoon tegelijk de lift mag nemen.

Zeer vriendelijk
Iedereen was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam, ook al zaten wij in het Prado next Door, dat maakte niets uit. Zeer goed en gevarieerd ontbijt en de ligging is centraal van alles. Wij komen zeker terug.

Bij een accommodatie als deze is het belangrijk aan te geven dat de toegang voor minder mobiele mensen mogelijk een probleem kan vormen. De stoep, de zeer beperkte lift en de gladheid van de douche vloer alsmede de lage wc maken het er dan niet makkelijker op.

A refaire !! Établissement incroyable pour un weekend en amoureux ou même en famille, avec balcon une douche immense ! Petit bémol je n'ai jamais compris comment allumer la lampe du miroir dans la salle de bain mais la lampe principale suffisait amplement ! N'hésitez pas !!

Tärkeät kaksi yötä tyttöystävän kanssa Oostendessa
Tyttöystävän kanssa piti yöpyä muutama yö Oostendessa ja tämä hotelli valikoitui edullisen hintansa - laatusuhteensa vuoksi. Hotellihuone oli erittäin viihtyisä ja kohtuullisen tilavakin sekä värimaailma rauhoittava. Myös kylpyhuone oli moderni ja viihtyisä. Huoneen ulkoasuun oli panostettu. Huoneessa oli cupsolo-keitin, jolla oli helppo keitellä aamukahveja. Myös jääkaappi löytyy, joka helpotti omien eväiden kanssa. Hotelli oli sijainniltaan lähellä kaikkea, mihin halusimme mennä, ranta on joidenkin satojen metrien päässä. Hotellin lähelle pääsee juna-asemalta raitiovaunulla. Henkilökunta vastaanotossa oli hyvin mukava ja tunnelma oli tervetullut. Lisäksi saimme säilyttää laukkujamme lähtöpäivän vastaanoton varastotilassa, joka säästi paljon vaivaa, sillä halusimme vielä liikkua kaupungilla uloskirjautumisen jälkeen. Kannattaa huomata, että tähän hotelliin vastaaotto löytyy samassa korttelissa kulman takana olevasta toisesta, lähes saman nimisestä hotellista, jonka nimessä on myös sana Prado. Kaikin puolin maksettuun hintaan nähden korkeatasoinen huone ja hyvä palvelu.

Très bon dans l'ensemble
Très bon hôtel, chambre et salle de bain spacieuses, propreté au rendez-vous. Bonne literie. L'accès à un balcon est un plus, même s'il se trouve face à face avec des fenêtres d'habitations (proches). Un mini frigo est mis à disposition. Il est très bien situé, proche de la mer et des commerces (centre-ville).

4 nights in Ostende
Good things : Nice, clean, spacious room with a fridge and coffee machine. Very good location, within walking distance to the beach and city centre, in a quiet street. Nice and friendly staff. Bad things : microscopic elevator and very narrow stairs which leaves no option for people XXL+ with much luggage. No glasses, plates or cutlery in the room, just two tiny cups for the coffee. Breakfast ok, but monotonous, every day the same and no scrambled eggs, baked beans or sausages on Monday (why?) City underground parking pretty far away and no information about it while booking the room which involves too much stress on the arrival for those who don't know the city. All in all, our stay was good and if we ever return to Ostende, we'll choose the Large Double Room at Prado Next Door;-)

Heel net , mooie inrichting zeer goed bed, iets minder goede werking van de verwarming.... Zeer verzorgd ontbijt, we waren niet op de hoogte dat we in het andere hotel moesten gaan ontbijten,maar was geen probleem voor ons maar misschien beter vermelden.
