"First, let me say that I would stay here again.
The beds and pillows were very comfortable and clean, and we had 4 good nights of sleep. Breakfast was adequate with the usual choices at a hotel buffet. Coffee was available 24/7. No daily housekeeping (who really needs it!) but was available on request, and towels, tissue, etc available in the lobby.
That said, this is an older hotel that is showing its age. The carpet in our room was fraying and the bathroom floor looked dirty even though it wasn’t. Suggestions would be a towel holder at the sink and a grab bar in the shower for older guests. The carpet in the halls looked like it needed a good cleaning.
This is a nice mid-level hotel that is perfectly acceptable, but with a few updates and tweaks could be excellent."
