Excellent Villa.
We had a fantastic week. Villa Alure is awesome! Our Grandson loved the pool. (Adults not so much!) it was sooo cold We love Dalyan, villa allure is perfect. Less than 10 minute walk to shops bars and restaurants. Highly recommended

Relaxing Holiday
We have just returned from a lovely relaxing holiday at Villa Allure . It was well equipped in the kitchen for our needs and all bedrooms had there own bathrooms. Location was peaceful with views of the tombs and not to far from the shops and restaurants. We are all looking forward to a return visit thank you again for a wonderful holiday.

No Jacuzzi 4 onsuite rooms only 1 had enough water pressure to power washing watter The one that did work had enough hot water for 3 showers there were 8 of us Both owner and agent made aware but chose to ignore (proof can be provided)

Great villa for a family holiday
Lovely villa with everything you need for a family holiday, spacious room’s each with a bathroom, great sized pool with a barbecue area. Ideally located close to the town.

Wonderful stay in the beautiful Dalyan! Lovely house with lots of space. I have suggested a few improvements in places, and the Wi-Fi would be great if stronger however in all a great location, property, facilities and we will be back!

Beautiful Property! We enjoyed our stay but they need to check the property to make sure things are in working order and the pool is good to go. They do not work on Sundaes so check in can be an issue. I still recommend this property.

Super Family Stay
This property was an excellent choice for our group of 9 with ages ranging from 2 to 70. We liked the space, the kitchen facilities and the pool, especially the hot tub. Communication with Navine was clear, friendly and prompt. Thank you.

Fabulous location
Villa is in a lovely part of town just a 10 minute stroll to the shops and restaurants. Being close to the river means it's really convenient to hop on to a boat using the jetty by the ferryboat crossing. Suited a multi generational family holiday just perfectly.

Fantastic home with lovely pool!
We stayed at this property for a mere two nights, but it was wonderful. Great location, spacious and very comfortable. There were a few ants inside but nothing disruptive. The A/C in the main room was leaking, but it wasn't necessary considering the weather and A/C in other rooms. Overall, I highly recommend this villa!

The Villa was impressive and the layout was good. However the cleanliness wasn't great . We had to buy cleaning materials and give the outside table and chairs a clean. Inside was okay but overall it was a little tired and a number of things needed to be replaced or mended. The air conditioning units in the upstairs end bedrooms blew out black bits when being used so they needed to be looked at. The door handles were put on with the handle facing up! The master bedroom shower tiles were dirty and needed to be re-grouted. They didn't have a safe in the property for which i thought was needed as we had to find places to hide all our valuables. Overall we had a good holiday and the area and closeness to the town centre was excellent.

Quiet relaxed family holiday on the beach, walking and running in the hills, chugging on the river.
Four good sized bedrooms with bathrooms. The kitchen has everything we needed including a great size fridge. The little round outside hut was great for eating supper and sharing stories together.

Stress free family holiday in the sun
From the moment we arrived at Dalaman airport to our departure we were looked after by the Oruc management team in a non-intrusive and genuinely supportive manner. The villa was clean and comfortable with a fantastic pool for the kids and a shady, relaxing Kosk for the adults. We booked 2 excursions through Oruc and a couple of others from local operators, all of which were incredibly good value, and again, organised and executed by warm, friendly and genuine tour guides. Local eats are a short walk away, lots of venue options with similar menus and all exceptionally good value. The river and tombs provided the perfect backdrop to many of our evening meals which we learnt are always best eaten after the August sun sets! I highly recommend boat tours with Captain Hussein and a day trip to Bacardi beach (ask the Oruc guys to organise).

Villa Allure
Second stay at Villa Allure, it was even better than last year. Navine the owner has built a nice private wall around the villa and new kitchen and sofa. The only problem was our transfer taxi did not turn up, it was a good job we had been before and know Ata who owns the Big Bag shop as we had no key to get in. It was 1 am but Ata sorted it for us, he is a great guy.

A lovely modern villa, 10 minute walk into Dalyan
Myself and my family (total 6 guests) stayed at Villa Allure during May half term. A lovely break - the villa was just as described, with 4 good bedrooms (each with ensuites), a clean white kitchen (nb. I noticed some previous reviews said they couldn't find any teatowels or a corkscrew - the kitchen does have them), and a great pool area. The villa management company were great in popping by to ask if we needed anything on our first day. An easy 5-10 minute walk into Dalyan, where there are plenty of shops and restaurants, but a bonus that the villa is in a quiet area. Would certainly return.
