Look for another hotel instead of this one
Staff were great, very welcoming and explained the city and advised where to go. The public spaces of the hotel are nice and modern. However the rooms are bad, very small and in need of a major refurbishment. The parking is in a horrible building with no lift.

Great location to transport. Good for one night because although the rooms are clean, they are super small. It's very cramped for two people. Quiet, dark room. The AC stopped working and staff came right away to fix it.

Bad Bathroom design
No Carpark spaces! €8 if you do get in. Very tiny toilet in corner of bathroom, Dad hit head on the windowsill, terrible for tall people. Water leaked from Shower, formed pool on floor, nearly slipped. Badly designed, needs a refit

Not good value for money overall
The staff were very helpful. The bathroom was very very small. The whole room needed an upgrade eg the toilet pan was cracked and there was a smell of sewerage in the bathroom. Very convenient to walk into the centre of town. Not good value for money overall

Rooms need updating
Location easy to walk to Centre and attractions. However, parking is a nightmare, so better for people arriving by train not by car. Staff were helpful & nice but the Carpark was full so could only direct us to street parking which ended up full as two hotels on same road. Toilet 🚽 in tight corner of bathroom, which was difficult for anyone who is tall, my father and brother struggled with the position, would make sense for Shower to be in that corner rather then the toilet.

Ibis central Orleans
We stayed here on way home from Payrac to the ferry to England. It was a reasonable price and we had breakfast which was very good. Parking was underground and charged at €8 which I must admit I thought was included in the price. Overall it was a good stay

Ok for an overnight stay
Stayed at this hotel just for an overnight stop on route to the Dordogne. Hotel was fine, rooms quite small, very good priced, staff very helpful, and did not need a top quality hotel for an overnight stay. However, one disappointment in my room was that the top of my curtain by the window was full off cobwebs, and a spider as well, which meant I had to clear it up myself, which wasn't pleasant. I would suggest that the cleaners check that sort of thing in rooms before letting them out to people. We did not have an evening meal here, but we did have breakfast though. Breakfast was lovely, and there was a great selection to choose from, as normally are whenever we've stayed with Ibis.

Laura & Mildred in reception were extremely friendly and helpful especially when one of our party were having car problems. They called a garage for us, translated our issues to the mechanic and helped us with directions on where to find the garage. I highly commend them for their professionalism and friendliness!!

This was a typical Ibis, nothing more nothing less. Meets your basic needs in a tiny space. However it had been very hot and the room was unbearable. The hotel has air conditioning but we were told it is not turned on in April! So very uncomfortable .

Ibis Hotel in Orleans
It was an adequate hotel in the middle of Orleans. The room was a bit cramped but all in all, for the price we paid, it was good.

We stayed one night at the Ibis Orleans Centre on our way to the Loire Valley. The hotel is a standard Ibis and was very clean and comfortable. While the hotel is close to the town center, it was still very quiet. There is unfortunately not very much right around the hotel, so you have to walk towards the town center a few hundred meters to find a restaurant - other than the one located at the hotel. The staff at the hotel was exceptionally friendly and both check-in and check-out was quick and easy. While not fancy, the Ibis Orleans Centre is quite nice for a nights stay.

Ibis Hotel (Foch), nearby train station and centre
This hotel is easily accessible from the main rail station and is nearby a tram stop to/from the centre of town. A five-floor hotel, this building was quiet (on our fourth floor) and was well-kept within the interior of the rooms and halls; not even the lifts were disturbing, which means that the rooms were well insulated from exterior sounds. The dining room is sufficient, and the supper menu prices are exceptional for having a co-existing dining hall with the building. The staff were excellent and communicated in several languages (English, French, Spanish) with the guests. I would recommend Hotel Ibis (Foch) if you're in town for a week-end get-away and would like a quiet area within walking distance (10 min) of either the Gare station or the centre of town. We (2 guests) will return here on our next visit.

Hôtel correct, mais il est stipulé qu’il y a des places de parking, mais quand vous arrivez, on vous dit que c’est complet, et demerdez-vous ! Tout est plein dans les rues autour, vous devez vous trimbaler vos valises à pieds !
