Cons: Management is horrible and not on premises. Extra charges were added after we left and she refuses to refund them. Condo was dirty.
Location: It is kind of in the middle of no where. Disney isn't too far.
Bad experience. Would not recommend staying here.

Perfect for anyone looking for a relaxing vacation

Posted 18-Apr-2014
Pros: Well organized and beautiful ambiance.
Cons: Offering transportation to attractions. Everyone else does it.
Location: Very wooded area. Away from most things. If you don't drive, don't book this resort. Cab fares are outrageous at least 4 times what you'd pay anywher
BEAUTIFUL home very well kept had more room than I knew what to do with. A home away from home. Very satisfied with my stay.

Felt Like Home Away From Home

Posted 16-Apr-2014
Pros: The master bedroom was amazing. The pool area was breathtaking!!
Cons: I think everything was great
Location: I like the fact that the resort was near a grocery store and gas station. It was a little busy traffic wise due to construction.
I believe the title of this review sums it up. I was impressed by all the amenities this resort had to offer. The rooms were very clean. The floor plan was spacious. It felt more home-like rather than vacation-like. The pricing was great and the surrounding area was nice as well. I look forward to returning with friends to share the experience of a great vacation with.

Third Stay at Regal Palms

Posted 12-Apr-2014
Pros: The pool. The full kitchen. Laundry facilities. Extra bedrooms/bathrooms.
Cons: Cleanliness. Size of the pool area, to fit all of the guests that the hotel accommodates.
Location: Close to Disney Parks, Sea World, and Universal Studios. Lots to do in the area!
This was our 3rd stay. It was, unfortunately, ranked 3rd place. The unit was the most "worn" of the 3 that we've had. The living room furniture actually looked dingy and dirty, we weren't comfortable sitting on it. And we requested to stay as close to the front as possible, and we were stuck way in the back. The pool is always the best part. But, it seems that Regal Palms has gained popularity, and the pool just doesn't seem to fit the amount of guests that it houses. Not sure we'll be back after this trip, and it's always been one of our favorite vacation destinations!

The place was ok being.

Posted 05-Apr-2014
Cons: They need to get comfortable beds and dryer that dries the clothes if they want us to have some of that done when are to have it done.
This was the worst experience I have had with booking thru Expedia and the hotel had rude people trying to help you. I told the one that was working with me that she was very RUDE!!!!! It will take me a long time to go and rebook a long vacations thru Expedia again. I am still trying to get my deposit back that I had to pay for up front and was never told about that when they booked me at this resort

Nice resort, just out of main drag

Posted 05-Apr-2014
Pros: Resort pool and pool area, just out of tourist area
Cons: Vetting of properties to let.higher profile managerial staff
Location: Out off town but easy reach off all orlando attractions
Arrived late at night, third time at this resort and has been good until this time.you take a chance on the quality of the town houses, cleanliness was ok but it was very dated.no safe or hair drier on arrival, but was installed after complaint, the master bedroom was locked off so we had the second bedroom with a queen bed and ill fitting bed linen, came home to find water had been cut off and had to move houses, this did us a favour as the second home was to the quality we were expecting. As it was spring break in usa, all was booked when we arrived.check out is at 10am but the manageress does not start until after this time so misses any complaints.Did manage to get two days resort fee good will rebate.

Had its ups and downs

Posted 03-Apr-2014
Pros: Pool Tiki bar Bartender was fun Room was clean
Cons: Most staff had poor attitudes Not close to anything Too far from lobby and pool
Location: Applebee's was gross We shopped at the grocery store near by and that worked out well
We arrived after dark and I was disappointed that the girl working the desk just gave us a map to our room, she did not walk us to it or offer transportation so we struggled with all of our luggage on the very far and confusing walk (all homes look the same and street names are confusing) she had a poor attitude In General when asked why I had to pay a $150 cleaning fee upon arrival. Our town house was A very far walk from the lobby, pool etc it was About a 20 min walk. The worst part of regal palms is that the streets are littered with dead frogs, it was discusting. The town home was very nice and clean, we also left it clean so I feel the cleaning fee is a huge money grab to have to pay upfront before they know how it will be left . The pool and tiki bar were great, we didn't try the restaurant. The bar tender at the tiki bar was lots of fun. Don't rely on the taxi service they recommend, even though we called the night before they were 1/2 hour late and that happened twice. This resort would be great for someone with a car but we flew and had to take taxis that were all very costly $85 to airport and $70 to Disney. The grocery store, restaurants etc. That they advertise to be close to the hotel are close to the lobby but beware they are a far walk from a lot of the town house locations. Overall it's a nice place, the staff could use improvement and it is very quiet, it does not have a party atmosphere.

Terrible Check in

Posted 01-Apr-2014
Pros: Only stayed 1 night so didn't see anything to like
Cons: Registration
Location: Seemed far from anything
Tiny check in room, long lines, and very disorganized. Some people were actually yelling and arguing with staff about issues with wrong accommodation
