“Great for Groups”

The room and facilities were very nice, and they were able to handle a huge group (probably around 1,000) in addition to regular customers. There is not an airport shuttle, and the hotel is about 20+ minutes to attractions, with $3 tolls each way. Get the Sun Pass! The tolls were really annoying - some were $.50 and you had to have quarters or the Sun Pass - no options for cash requiring change except to buzz through or grab one of their envelopes to mail in your 50 cents. The area was millions of fast food eateries and touristy gift shops, and that's about it. All in all though, it was a great clean and attractive place to get your sleep. I would go again if the price was right.

“On the edge”

This hotel is on the fringe of going down hill. The rooms we okay but the bathroom needed new tub and there was mold on the ceiling. The halls had a stale smell, just not fresh and clean. Would not go again.

the hotel attendants were really great, very friendly and helpful however the hotel itself is old or looks old on the inside. the rooms were dirty, air conditioning had a weird plug in and when i plugged it in i looked underneath and it was filthy. i kept my sandals on the whole time because the carpet looked really soiled and dirty. bathroom needs major updating (cracked ceiling, moldy, tub has stains in it). room had weird smell, safe was non-wroking. the location is not convenient to the parks. they have shuttle only at 8:15 am then back from the park at 9:40 or 10:30. they have one shuttle at 12:30 to magic kingdom so u pretty much have to take taxi if u missed the bus ($27.00+ tip). there were plenty of restrnts and activities by the hotel which is a plus but i go there for disney not the restrnts. i would not recommend it and would not stay there again but the people there were very nice.

“CATHY FROM TAMPA”

THIS HOTEL IS ALWAYS AN AWESOME EXPERIENCE FOR US. WE HAVE STAYED HERE 4 OTHER TIMES AND ALWAYS A REAL NICE STAY. GREAT HOTEL FOR THE MONEY. THE POOL AND KID'S POOL IS THE MAIN HIGHLIGHT OF OUR TRIP FOR MY KIDS. ONLY THING IS, IT WOULD BE NICE IF FREE BREAKFAST CAME WITH STAY. MOST HOTELS DO HAVE THIS. BEDS ARE ALWAYS COMFORTABLE AND THE HOTEL IS VERY CLEAN. THANKS FOR ANOTHER GREAT STAY!!!

“Don't waste your money”

We stayed 4 nights at this hotel and I was very disappointed in the place. The room was very, very tiny, the queen size bed was within 2 feet of the air conditioner which switched on about every 10-15 mins. You had to turn the temperature down to 60 in order for the room not to feel so muggy, but then you froze to death. It really did have bunkbeds for my grandkids and their own tv, but they couldn't lay on the bed nor sit on the bed to watch it, they had to sit on the floor. The bathroom was the tinest bathroom I have ever seen and the sink area for the bathroom was outside of the bathroom which was ok but the space there would only accommodate 1 person at a time. The place had an A&W in it and the 1st night we all went to get a float and was told no rootbeer because the rootbeer machine was broke. I found out later that evening from the worker there that the machine had been broke for some time and he had been trying to get his manager to get it fixed with no luck. Then my granddaugher ordered a polar swirl with orieo cookies which they said they could do, but in the end they couldn't find any orieo cookies so they offered her m&m's in it instead, which she excepted. But then the soft serve ice cream machine wasn't working very well, and she ended up with something that resymboled water with m&m's in it. I will say the buffet breakfast was good except it didn't offer any juice with it. The staff were all very friendly and helpful when we needed help.

“Good hotel for the price”

Good hotel and very convenient. The only negative was that we were told when arrived that free continental breakfast was available from 7-11 but the cost was $10 for breakfast.

The Kids Suite was exactly as described. A/C unit was very noisy. Our room faced the highway/Old Town which was also noisy - but you couldn't hear it when A/C was running. Would have liked a light at the entrance to the room where the closet is. The was a light switch, but no light. Free Wi-fi was ok for light use, but it was not stable. There were always plenty of clean towels for our family of 4. In room fridge was large & quiet. In-room safe was convenient & easy to use. Bathroom was large - there are various layouts for the Kids Suite - some have a tiny bathroom with more space in the bunk area. Bathroom did not have much counter space, but had a large cupboard underneath to store toiletries. Pool area was ok - but the pool did not get a lot of sun and always seemed to be in the shade of the 2 towers. Pool was very cold upon arrival, but must have been fixed since it was much warmer next time we went. Fitness centre was nicer than I expected. Location is convenient to many restaurants & shops within walking distance. Overall for the price we paid it was very reasonable.
