The hotel was just ok. Although it was located in convenient location it had quite a few missteps. Access to the room required an elevator ride one floor and then an exit to the outside, through the pool area and up 2 flights of stairs. Very inconvenient and unexpected. Parking was available for a fee but the logistics for getting into the garage were unnecessarily complicated and stressful.

Excellent location in old part of Orange. Walking distance to many of the city sites. Several restaurant options in the area.

Room was big and bed was comfortable, however we were given a room on 3 rd floor with no elevator only circular tower stairs, very odd. The woman at check in was very flustered and didn't mention this to us, did not offer help with luggage up 3 flights of awkward stairs. Luckily my husband and I are in good shape..

We should have stayed longer
We only stayed one night and didn’t eat dinner. Staff were friendly and helpful. It is easy to walk into town from the hotel. Breakfast was good with plenty of everything. Sorry we didn’t stay longer.

This is a really good property that needs minor adjustments to make it great. The room is large and comfortable, but it needs a couple of extra electric sockets, a larger safe and a laptop space with a small desk and a chair in front of it. The location is perfect. You can't be more central and still be as quiet. Service is excellent and responsive.

Nice hotel but….
Good hotel we’ll located. Staff helpful. However, don’t rely on getting parking. They only have 14 spaces-we had to use street parking. Not all rooms have lift access. Ours was a walk past the pool & climb two flights of windy stairs.

Great hotel in excellent location
Enjoyed a lovely stay in this hotel, staff very friendly and helpful especially on reception. Rooms were spacious (we had two family suites) and we were given one with a terrace which was lovely. Breakfast was good. We enjoyed our stay. Hotel could use a couple of minor repairs eg some loose tiles in the stairwell and there was a hole in the floor on the terrace but on the whole a very good hotel for the price.

This is a very comfortable and accessible hotel with great, very helpful staff. Orange is a very accessible town for wheelchairs/ scooters. Breakfast was disappointing.

The hotel is located just minutes from the amphitheater and arc de triomphe. Shops and restaurants are nearby or you can eat in as the inside restaurant is excellent. The room was spacious and well appointed, staff were friendly and helpful. Great value.

The hotel is in the town centre where you can find many restaurants and shops near it. The hotel room is clean and the staff are nice. There is a swimming pool but I didn't try it because of tight schedule. The hotel is far from Orange station where around 20 mins walk (with luggage) is needed to reach the hotel from the station.

Lovely hotel in the centre of Orange. The staff were friendly and helpful. Room and ensuite were great. Very comfortable. Parking available to which was a great bonus. Would definitely go back

Beware of booking with Hotels.com
Hotels.com booked me into a hotel that has been put in receivership. I have yet to hear from Hotels.com about their gross error, nor have I received a refund for the reservation I made with the bankrupt hotel through Hotels.com.

Everyone should stay here!
The staff was over the top amazing. No matter the request, they accommodated. From the begining of our stay to the end, we felt pampered. The location is great and everywhere in Orange is walkable within just a few minutes. Plenty of restaurants, etc. within walking distance. The rooms are clean and have plenty of room. All in all, we love it!

Lovely, elegant hotel near the city center and the Roman amphitheater. We were very comfortable with the room size and the expansive bath. Loved also the L'Occitaine toiletries.

Challenging hotel to drive to in Orange, but that is a property of the streets themselves and not the hotel. Lovely property with attentive staff. Excellent location only 4 minutes walking from the ancient roman theatre.

In the old city centre. Smoking allowed in room - wasn’t expecting that but didn’t smell too strong. Large windows opened onto for plenary of fresh air.

All around best hotel in Orange
Could not believe how perfect this hotel is in the center of Orange. I was expecting for the price and the "French 4-Star" very little. Quiet, great service, clean, and the deluxe room was huge. Small pool, 2 jacuzzis. Fitness center was tiny but had an elliptical and treadmill. 10 Euro Valet parking. Great find.
