Nice large room . Comfortable bed . No street noise. Could do with a little attention to details- only 1 wine glass, 2 cups, 1 spoon- no other crockery. Main issue was staff trying to service room at 9.30AM on Sunday. Unless an emergency etc, staff should not be knocking on door until after check out time. Poor response from office staff when mentioned. Could be a great hotel.

A nice motel like stay. Close to city. Big spacious rooms and plenty of parking. Helpful and friendly staff ensured smooth check in and check out.

Large rooms, peaceful ambience, good eateries nearby. Hot water was not working on the tap. The lady on the phone at the reception advised us to keep the water running, it will work. Unfortunately, it never did. Other than that the stay was really good. A bit more effort from the staff would have been amazing.

We have stayed several times - love it each and every time. Staff are great. The food was delicious. Just the aircon not the best in room 50.

The first room we were given the toilet seat detached immediately. A new room was given and it had a heater with a mind of its own that could not heat the room and blew cold air at will. The curtains were detaching with fallen hooks on the floor. There was a puncture in the plaster wall. An uncared for and overpriced stay. Never again.

Aircon was so noisy. I barely slept. Shower had barely any hot water. I used my fitness first to have a better shower.

An old motel with a few modern touches. Noisy air con, poor shower / bathroom , but comfortable beds and good tv. Expensive for a motel, especially in a country area. You would certainly be able to find better value for your money.

Great place to stay, convenient for everything, facilities and rooms very clean and comfortable. Seems to be a strict policy on noise from 9pm onwards. Overall, enjoyed our stay and staff very helpful.

The room was spacious and well maintained. However it was odd that there were no bowls and cutlery in the room when there was a toaster. We had to ask at the desk for them. The pool area was fantastic with shade sails and tables.

The shower and bath were incredible!! Wasn’t that clean had spiderwebs in the room and hairs in the bathroom. Bed was uncomfortable too. Have stayed here before and never had an issue, see how we go next time.

Ripped off!
Receptionist had no idea what she was doing. Made several mistakes including taking a stay voucher which was no able to be taken off the bill. Reception didn't care and have had no response from management.
