"We stayed in a studio suite on the ground floor. There was plenty of parking, and the check in process was smooth and pleasant. I had let the hotel know in advance that we were having an ECV delivered for my mother, and they were kind enough to charge it for us in the lobby prior to our arrival. The room was clean, bed was comfortable but the pillows were just ok. We only stayed one night, so did not have a bed for the kitchen but it was nicely sized and well stocked. The hot water in the shower took a while to get warm, but the water pressure was good. We did take advantage of the free breakfast, which was surprisingly good for a hotel buffet meal. The morning we were there they had biscuits and gravy, and the waffle makers were a hit with our family. The only thing I was disappointed with was the coffee, but the staff/service well made up for it. Overall, for the price and walking proximity to Disneyland, I recommend this property. "

"This place was really dirty. Sheets were so old that holes were forming thru the cotton. No Breakfast. Standard room didn’t come with a fridge. You have to pay $20 extra just to get a fridge. Unreal."

"The second time I've stayed, and something has happened to the hot water. I reported it to the front desk in person this time, and there was no real acknowledgment. "

"I would not stay here again. The carpet was so dirty it made the bottom of our feet brown. The next morning woke up with a sinus headache and stuffed up nose. The bathroom faucets leaked by the valves and made all our stuff on the counters wet. The Tv had no streaming service. So we couldn’t stream any of our apps."

"The room was super clean. Employees were nice. Location was a plus. Noise was a little extreme. House keeping carts were super noisy and so were the people above us. Parking was not free. Over all It was a nice place."

"Great stay at Hyatt Regency! The lobby bar had a really nice atmosphere, the building felt bright and welcoming with plenty of natural light, and having Starbucks Is great."
