The property overlooks a small bay where it is deep but safe to swim. The rooms overlook this bay so it is nice and quiet to sleep. The staff were all very helpful and it seems that everyone in Croatia speaks very good English.

Would be best of the best if not pet friendly!
I always come back to this hotel, great rooms , amazing food , great service ! Only i dont like about this hotel is a pets , i dont have feeling im on clean place , and im alergic on cat and dog hair…. I couldnt sleep cause dog in room above mine was so loud…

Real 5 star experience in a beautiful design hotel! Everything was great from check in, welcome drink, food and staff. All rooms are with sea view so when you enter room the view is breathtaking. The big advantage is that the hotel has a free shuttle to the center of Opatija, so once you park you no longer have to get in the car. Now at the time of the corona Spa center is super organized so you have to make an appointment for a certain schedule in order to avoid crowd at the pool & sauna. We had dinner at their famous restaurant and the food is for every recommendation. Breakfast is one of the best we have ever had. Great selection of everything. The hotel is definitely value for money and we will definitely be back!

Excellent sundeck, stylish hotel but poor service
+ direct and privat beachfront + sundeck + balcony, all have sea view, our room (4th floor no 410) had a huge balcony, bigger then most of other rooms + in walki g distance to village with lots of restaurants and nice beach front walkway + late checkout was possible + nice and friendly staff at the front desk - very disappointing service, not well trained staff, long waiting times, servers forgot several times our orders, staff is uncoordinated... overall very poor aspect for a 5 star hotel - sunchairs were reserved by guest esrly in the morning for hours without using them

The service was excellent. Everything was perfectly organized, the staff were always friendly with a smile in their eyes. Many hotels could learn from how to manage staff here. The food was also excellent ... probably the best around (and I’m used to stay at hotel). Would I go again ... definitely!!! Well done, team Navis.

Great staff. The rooms are not large but the windows run the full length of the wall and open onto the sea...great view. Super food some of the nicest I had in Istria

The staff was very attentive and provided great personal service. A creative and gifted kitchen and an extraordinary wine list. Dennis was kind, solicitous of our well being and has a great team of energetic young staff!

5 star relaxing and pampered experience
This is a family run boutique designer hotel. It has everything you could want, but all on a smaller scale than grander, less personal, 5 stars. Highlights are the sumptuous breakfast, the views from your panorama doors and balcony in your room, the loungers and chairs on the sea terrace, and its location. Free parking, wi fi etc and a short walk to the local harbour village of Velosko if you don't fancy gourmet dining at the hotel. The designer colour pastiche may not appeal to all but it certainly gives it a USP. We loved it.

Excellent hotel. Enjoyed the perfect view and everything else there. The location is also very nice, near to the best restaurant in that area - Valle Losca. Going to come back there next year.

The property, rooms and facilities are amazing. Wonderful design and details. The service was odd and uneven. Particularly weird was the dinner, where they brought me several things I didn’t order. In the US this happens at nice restaurants and they are surprises, always complimentary, but I was charged for them here. When I asked the staff, she said - “that’s how it is in fine dining.” Not a response focused on making the customer feel comfortable. I would expect much better from a very pricey dinner - $80 for one drink plus one appetizer and the two small items they brought without asking.

Lovely hotel...beautiful and elegant. Our room had a wonderful ocean view. Staff is courteous, professional and helpful. We were greeted with a welcome drink on their ocean view terrace. A bottle of chilled sparkling wine and fresh fruit had been placed in our room. Very relaxing and comfortable furniture. Loved the spa with sauna facilities. Breakfast was a fantastic spread with gracious wait staff. Highly recommend !

Breathtaking position with excellent service!
Hotel Navi’s is a fantastic hotel, not only from its service and welcoming staff but equally from the first class food and wine selection through to the breathtaking position with the most amazing views and beautiful architectural design and details. We expect to be back at this hotel in the future. A highly recommend experience.

Ok hotel, but not a five star hotel. To many minor things are missing for it to be a top hotel. Service is just ok, they dont do anything extra to try to make you feel taken care off.

Nice hotel but no gym
Hotel was nice but expected gym facilities due to its size and cost. It was a hassle that it was so far out of town as their driver service concluded at 7pm. Wouldn’t stay there again due to this

Modern hotel with great water views, private beach
Had a relaxing couple of days with a comfortable room with great views. The restaurant meal was disappointing as the lamb chops were tough - definitely not lamb.

The photos of this hotel are far more impressive than the actual hotel.The location provides a nice view of the sea but not very good access to the restaurants on foot. The staff would not commit to recommend or book a dinner reservation outside the hotel. We book a suite and paid double that of a room and the bathroom size and finish was a huge disappointment.

A Wondeful Hotel on the Water
I absolutely loved this place! Every room has a view, I believe, and the view is fantastic. My room was very open and the bed comfortable. I loved that I had an outdoor balcony too with an awesome view. The breakfast, which was included, was F.A.N.T.A.S.T.I.C! Not only do they have a beautifully displayed open buffet, but they also had an incredible menu of hot items they would prepare for you as well. I loved staying here, and would stay again.

Wonderful Sea View
This is a fantastic hotel with great sea views and sounds. The restaurant is excellent as well. Parking is tight and quite tricky though.
