“No problem; was OK.”

Accommodations were average; room was clean but small and uninspiring. Fridge, microwave and free wi-fi were a nice touch.

“It works as a hotel in Oneonta.”

Nice people at check in. Full breakfast is included for this Holiday Inn. This was a pleasant surprise, so no need to pay extra for eating out. Up to date fitness center equipment and outdoor pool.

Area recommendations

About 30 minutes from Cooperstown. Saved by staying outside of Cooperstown. Nice little downtown area about 5 minute drive from hotel with a couple blocks of restaurants.

THE AREA WAS FINE. FAST FOOD AND RESTAURANTS AVAILABLE. WERE ATTENDING FUNCTION IN COOPERSTOWN BUT EVEN THO IT WAS A FEW MILES TO DRIVENTHE DRIVE WAS PLEASANT.

“Comfort means alot”

We got to the hotel late that evening after a very long drive. The check in was amazing and fast. The room was very clean and the comfort of the bed and pillows, well lets just say I slept like a baby. Great place to stay and would recommend to anyone.

there is a diner a few minutes away "Neptune Diner" I totally recommend you have at least one meal there.

You have a big Walmart and a shopping center with lots of big name stores close to the hotel.

“What I expected”

This Holiday Inn has had some upkeep, but it's really just a place to sleep. There are better options than its dining room close by. Everything is pretty standard fare.

“Perfect for a college visit”

We stayed overnight to visit a relative in college. This hotel was just a few minutes away and was near stores and places to eat. I will definitely stay here the next time we are in town.

“Not helpful”

Upon checkin I informed the hotel I would only be staying one night instead of two. They would not entertain a refund of the second night and a promised call to me to follow up never happened! Extremely unhelpful!!
