While the room was clean, there was noise at all hours of the night. A loud alarm and sirens going up and down Main Street plus a drag race. Also, I don’t know if the locks are new, but they were put on poorly so we were locked in our room when we tried to use the upper lock and it was slightly misaligned. The office was closed when we tried to check out, so we just had to leave the key in the room. Great budget option just a little loud.

Low priced; rooms need more cleaning; esp floors. Could use a mat inside the door. The outside of the building needs updating. Breakfast food could be better; all packaged.

We weren’t expecting a luxurious hotel. The walls are very thin and the people below us watched tv all night so we could not sleep. The next day, Susan, the nice lady at the reception, changed our room and put us in a suite. We had a good second night.

Stay away!
You get what you pay for or less! Check in was very unfriendly, rude and snappy. The heater didn't work when we arrived so we got the room next door. Wifi only worked with the door open. The TV's are out of service and it must be for a while now as the signs everywhere are dated. The vending machines are old and don't cool! I'd stay far away from this place. Will not be returning.

Mold impregnated in bathroom tile grout, dead roach on bathroom floor. Uncomfortable mattress. Tv remote from 1999. Steps to the second level shake when you climb them.

We showed up and the asst manger said no reservations were made . Denied me a room . When asked for the manager and /or owner was refused . Pointed to a sign that read “ the right to refuse service “ told us to leave the premises we had called to confirm earlier to let them know we we’re running late due to traffic issues. Told us not a problem

My room wasn't ready, but they gave me another one, which was better as it was on the ground floor and I didn't have to pack items up. Get up early for the continental breakfast before the best food is gone. Room was clean and quiet. Nice large parking lot.

Upon arrival the girl at the front desk was rude and unfriendly. The floors in the room were filthy and the mirror looked like it hadn’t been wiped in a long time. At least the sheets were clean and the fridge worked. Would not stay there again.

The staff would not give us a ground level room even though there appeared to be lots available. We are seniors upstairs was difficult.

There was no working tvs i was hoing to ask my spouse if he still wanted to stay and the assistant manager summer canceled my room without me even telling her too i told her i was in town for a funeral and she smiled and said thats nice i got very upset told her how can she treat people that way she then refused service to me cause and walked away

Looking for a place to sleep and shower, this is it. No amenities other than a simple breakfast. TV didnt work and ive never seen a dirtier bathroom. But i just needed a place to sleep, and this hotel suits my needs, at a low price. Morning staff is nice. Been here before, will stay again.

I made a reservation through Expedia for last Saturday 3 days in advance, it was for 2 Queen beds. The next day I get a message from Expedia saying that they do not have a room with 2 Queen beds for me and to reply cancel if I did not want a room with a King bed, which I did I texted "cancel". The day of, Saturday they call me from the hotel and tell me that a room with 2 Queen beds has become e and if I still want it and I said no, I already have a room. They still charged me for the room, like most hotels in the are have a non refundable policy which I anderstood, but it was nit my fault they could not accomodate my request. I called as soon as I saw the charge on my card, the lady was not happy and woukd not listen to my complaint. She said she would send me an invoice showing the refund but that never happened. I had to start a despute through my credit card in order to ger a refund. Please don't even give this place a chance they are not honest.

Management was not forthcoming in letting us know that the television was out of order for the entire facility. First I discovered that the TV was not working because it didn't have any batteries; then I went back to the office to let them know that the TV had audio but no picture. It was at this point that management let us know that they were having problems with the TV reception. Need less to say that this detered from the fact the room was clean and quite comfortable. Perhaps some training for management would have been helpful.

The hotel site states there is a pool, no pool. I rented 2 rooms and upon arrival got one room right near the office and the other was at the farthest point away from the office you could get. The breakfast they had was dried out biscuits and gravy. The cable didn’t work and the staff seemed like they didn’t care about anything. There was a guy throwing rocks up in the air in the middle of the parking lot and staff said nothing to him
