We checked in to the room the air conditioner wasn’t working so we told them they said they would have it fixed we got back to the 3 hours later and it was 85 degrees and the one air conditioner that was working was leaking water all over my sons bed so he had no where to sleep I went to tell them that we were going to need a new room so they reluctantly gave us...
