Nice staff. Some things could be improved. No toilet paper in the pool bathroom 2 days in a row. Breakfast area in the “employee break room” was very spotty.

I loved the foot stools in the room, comfy chairs, &’that the bathroom sink was in the bathroom not outside of it. One bad note was that we chose to stay at this location for the hot tub & it wasn’t working properly.

The hot tub was not working at all, it’s the only hotel in the area with one we were very excited about using it. The breakfast was meh, could’ve had more options. Staff was friendly. Might stay again if the hot tub is running.

Had corner room 3 rd floor very quiet. Room was ok. No shampoo one roll of toliet paper for 4 people for 3 days ( asked for more plus more towels and the shampoo) had big containers of bottles on wall of shampoo/ conditioner/ shower gel but almost empty or empty. Hot tub no jets working like sitting in bath water. Every time we went swimming had to go to front desk to ask for towels also. Breakfast was good lots to choose from. Staff was friendly. I would return. Price was reasonable for our stay.

Pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance. This was the ONLY reason we booked this property and wish this would have been disclosed. Very disappointed. Also no vending machines in the building. Hotel is new and clean. Spacious bathrooms.

I purposely booked this hotel for the hot tub and pool, only to find out AFTER I checked in that they were both closed. I understand things need to have maintenance but I would think when they are down for an extended time they should tell you before you book. I noticed other hotels do. And at the very least offer a discount due to the facility not having what they advertised, for that reason alone I won’t recommend them nor return because you don’t know what you’re getting for your money.

Rooms were extremely well maintained as was property. Stayed three nights and could not get anyone to clean room. Desk attendants had an attitude that could best be described as indifferent.

It was very friendly and nice service, the only small issue is in the bathroom the shower curtain stink so bad after the first day everything else was lovely. I did recommend to the staff to put plastic curtain.

Very friendly staff! Very easy to find, reasonable rates & convenient parking. Only complaint (which happens in most hotels) is that the carpet floor in my room didn’t seem very clean - it felt sticky. I am one that wears my shoes most of the time anyway but I definitely did this time.
