nice hotel, walking distance to restaurants

Pros: I cannot say enough about the staff. Every single personnel was pleasant and helpful. Excellent staff.
Location: Very close to HAFB and restaurants
Very clean, comfortable lobby and sitting area. Not only is breakfast buffet included every morning there is also a nice assortment offered every evening

Unknown to us, the hotel was also occupied by 200 high school girls on a sports trip on the night of our stay. They were incredibly loud in the halls at all hours of the night. When I called the front desk complaining of the noise, nothing was done to address the issue. At the time of check-in, I would have liked a little notice like "Oh, by the way we also have 200 high school girls staying here tonight. Does that make a difference to you?"

During this time frame, our area does have multiple schools staying at hotels for certain competitions. Our quiet-hours begin at 10pm and we encourage guests to make our front desk staff aware of any noise issues so that they can quickly address them, I apologize you feel that was not addressed with the students. Pros: pool and spa cookies
Noisy neighbor. Small dog barking on 3rd floor. Sink very slow to drain. Stained carpeting. Other than that: everything was good.

Pros: The fact that it was a nice room and I could smoke in it (it's rare for smokers to be able to smoke in their rooms)
Cons: can't think of anything
Location: didn't have time to do anything
The room was very pleasant. I had a nice stay. I would stay there again, as the need arises.

Nice but.....

Good clean Hotel in Layton Utah

Pros: I loved the staff and the proximity to restaurants and shops in Layton.
Cons: nothing
Location: It was close to everything
The staff here was exceptional and very helpful. I found the hotel to be very clean and comfortable.

The hotel was very nice and close to lots of places to eat. There was a noise during the night that should be looked into, but otherwise very nice.

The hotel was nice very clean people were very nice and helpful. breakfast was real good great choices. even though I am a smoker rooms need to have more airing before renting. needs to have air freshener in room..

We are actually going to be renovation our hotel in the near future and will be renovating the smoking rooms into non-smoking rooms; until then we will be sure to air out the smoking rooms and place air fresheners in the rooms as well.
