For the price I expected better upkeep in my room. There were multiple examples of wear and tear not being addressed. On the upside, the staff were excellent and very attentive.

We understand how important a peaceful environment is for a relaxing stay, and we regret that the noise disturbance and the issue with our jacuzzi impacted your visit. While these situations were beyond our control, please know that we empathize with your frustration and take your feedback seriously.
There were hygiene items from previous guests left in the room, also shower had half a dozen really long black hairs that also somehow didn’t get cleaned up from previous guest.

The room was fine, but there's light coming all around the door. Not only does this disrupt sleep, but I'm thinking that if that much light can get it, it would be dangerous if there was smoke in the hallway.

the only thing we encountered was that the breakfast was out of food at 9:00Am on saturday and the body wash in the shower was out.

Just ok for a Marriot
It’s ok . For a Marriot it is feeling a bit outdated . My pillows seemed old and too used . Parking was horrible . I could not park close to the hotel . Parking was used up by people not staying at the hotel . Just people hanging out downtown. That was frustrating.
The air had an odd smell in our room . Like stale or someone had smoked . We could not place it . Maybe the air vents just need service.

Parking was a little bit challenging, due to a business close by that shared the parking lot with the hotel. The rooms are very private and quiet. The staff were very courteous and helpful.

This was a nice place to stay. Room was clean. Checking in was confusing, they tried charging the Expedia card in file but it kept declining. The person checking us in called someone but would never tell us what was going on. Everything eventually worked out.

We liked the ease in finding the hotel. The front desk personnel were outstanding. The hotel was clean. I was easy to walk to the downtown area. However, the hotel was going through an upgrade and some of the new materials used caused sinus issues for both of us. I also would have liked complimentary coffee in the lobby. The exercise bike in the exercise room was broken.

I stayed for three days of skiing at SnowBasin. The hotel upgraded my low cost room to a two room unit which was very nice and probably normally costs more than I would pay
What made the trip memorable were the front desk staff. On a prior trip and this one they were professional, knowledgeable and friendly.

We had a room just inside the side entrance of the building. It was cold -- ridiculously cold. The room had it's own thermostat which resulted in only cold air blowing into the room from the vent. Multiple complaints to the front desk resulted in ... the thermostat being turned off so that cold air wouldn't blow into the room. Unfortunately, this fixed nothing. We bailed out the final night when the room reached 62 degrees.

Comfortable & seemingly safe rooms however check in was awkward due to an angry housekeeping employee yelling at the customer service rep checking us in. The television wasnt working & when we called for service we were told maintenance wasn't available. When asked if we would recieve a discounted room fee due to this inconvenience, the response was "sorry ma'am".
