As it's an apart hotel when we arrived she said towels are to be changed after 2 night, after the 3rd night we went for towels and said after 3 nights usually for changing towels."
"Nice hotel with very poor customer service. Front desk ladies are not welcoming.
Location- You have to go a little uphill-not very accessible. There are 4 star hotels around the area worth checking."
"I was given upstairs floor but i said i hate lifts then lady staff offered me the downstairs room which didn't lik it was room2. iI had a bed smell coming from the bathroom very bad odours smell. and also on the outside window seal lots of smoked cigarettes I tried to open the window was disgusting they need to do something. I liked the hospitality the staff were very pleasant I was going to the dining anytime no restrictions. Staff are very polite and respect"
