Beautiful old historic building, comfortable, quiet room, friendly and welcoming staff, good breakfast, tasty choices of food to order to your room. Centrally located, just 10 minutes walk away from opera house and Deribasovsky street. I would certainly stay there again.

Excellent place. I only stayed here 2 night, wonderful and super clean rooms. also very warm room in winter time. Extremely good breakfast buffet. they will give you cappuccino when you come eat the first breakfast buffet. I want to say thanks for the Irina. reception desk service are very helpful and efficient. I will choose this hotel again when i come back to Odessa. 4 star hotel.10 star service.

A disappointment stay
the first day i received the room late at 14:30, even though the reception knew i arrived at 4 a.m Second, more then half a day there were no water, so I can't used the shower. Third, when i asked the front desk the option to check out at 18:00 they ask me to pay extra. Fourth, i complained about the noise on my floor from two rooms next to me, but the management did not do a thing. I am very disappointed with this attitude. They try to give me a free one way ride to the airport cost around 150uah, I refused for this small offer

It’s a nice place to stay a little street noise at night. A big clean room but the bed was worn out and uncomfortable. Breakfast was good and everyone was very friendly.

Rating is high due to the value, location, and staff. Rooms are spacious and older; the rooms on the fifth floor have a skyline view. Breakfast was great with both cold and hot foods. Coffee made at request - latte, espresso, etc. Staff speaks English and very helpful.

Wonderful hotel in excellent location. The very large breakfast buffet was wonderful. Staff was helpful. Could have used a bit more storage in bathroom. A little cupboard would have been nice as we were three women. There were robes and slippers provided, the bath tub was huge and the complimentary toiletries were welcomed.

The staff makes you feel at home always warm hearted the best part starts with Irina the reception manager as she sends you message welcoming you to the property and the rooms are spacious with balcony and in new condition.... the cleanliness is awesome always and the location is very good for tourists as 10 to 15 minutes walk to all tourist destination (noneed bus or taxi) for healthy person The taxi driver NICOLAi is awesome too and speaks English and affordable rates for room service and taxi service and problems arise quickly solved by Irina

I would stay at Premier Geneva again
Stayed st Premier Geneva before and it was very good. This time I was due to stay 2 nights, but because of fog in Warsaw my flight was cancelled to the next day. Arrived Saturday evening and left Sunday morning. The hotel arranged for me to be collected from the airport and that worked fine. Breakfast was good. Although, the accommodation is very comfortable, I wish they would brighten up the hallways and rooms - they appear rather dreary. Overall, I like the staff and the hotel is good and I would stay here again.

Premier receptionists.
Convenient and reasonably price hotel with exceptional reception service. Annatasia and Katryna are very friendly and helpful. Spacious , clean , room with large bathroom. Toned and slippers provided. Breakfast more than adequate- hot and cold dishes. Good pastries if you have a sweet tooth. !!

It is a nice hotel away from the street noise but did hear voices in the alley way at night sometimes but not troublesome. Breakfast was very good, did not eat dinner at the hotel. I would most likely stay here again as the price was very reasonable.

Well located, quiet and comfortable
Excellent location, half way between the railroad station and the opera house. Easy walking access to all of the major sites in Odessa. Wonderful room overlooking the quiet street our front with a small balcony. Comfortable bed, exceptionally clean room and bath, and good shower. Breakfast was plentiful. Only complaint is the late breakfast opening on weekends.

I have worked in the hotel industry for many years. Very nice property, away a bit from the busy tourist area and quiet, yet still walking distance to tourist areas. I liked the smaller size of this boutique hotel. When I return to Odessa, I will definitely stay at this hotel again. Wonderful experience!
As described in the brochure and very warm and friendly staff. The room was cleaned daily and I felt right at home. Highly recommended. The bed very comfortable after 22 hours in the air. Wonderful cafe and restaurant close by and a store for coffee and finger food. All in all I enjoyed my stay very much.

Great Location; Wonderful Staff
Great location. Wonderful, helpful staff. Incredible breakfast, one we were not expecting. Bed needs to be replaced, as worn. Probably a room issue (206). All rooms look upon a fun mural on neighboring building wall. Makes a potentially “odd” courtyard inviting. Would definitely recommend. Cannot say again how great the staff was to us.
