I stayed at these apartments knowing nothing about them.we chose them from the internet.
We arrived in the evening,we were given our keys from the reception. On entering the apartment we were pleasantly surprised at how spacious it was. My partner was delighted at the cleanliness. We were pleased that we had a lovely balcony which overlooked the swimming pool and sunbathing area , although not all of the apartments have this. There were plenty of sunloungers,which were washed every night for the following day. We ate in the restaurant one evening, I enjoyed my steak, although my partner thought there was not enough choice. The Hotel bus which takes you down to the Marina and the Beach is a great service although the last service is 5pm. The staff were always approachable and helpful. I certainly would return and recccomend this Hotel.
Browns has all the amenities required for a short break with the added bonus of access to sports facilities.
During our stay there was a football team staying, there but this did not impact on our holiday as the complex is well designed and the were separated from the other guests most of the time.
Rooms were well decorated and very clean, although the bed quite firm for my liking.
We were also given a continental breakfast which we did not expect.

Excellent value for money. Nice pool and facilities. 30 minute walk to the marina and beach. However it only costs about $5 for a cab.
No wifi in rooms. Only in the foyer and you have to pay €1 euro for ten minute. Not great!
stayed ath the victoria perfect location for a elaxing holiday. Accomadation was fabulous, as apartments wher to a high standard. Pools at both complexs where great, sunloungers plentiful, gym was very modern, and the in door pool looked great. Staff where very helpful and friendly. Used the spa at the TIVOLLI -very relaxing - the only down side was the treatments where a bit expensive. The courtesy bus was a great bonus, but a service between 6 and 8.30 would be beneficial. Overall great holidy - would definately return

We enjoyed our stay. Kids loved the pools, esp the indoor pool and jacuzzi. Well run hotel. A litte distant to the beach, but walking there was part of the fun of seeing more. There is a train-car that goes to the beach and marina hourly, very safe environment.
Chose this hotel as it was away from the busy town etc. Got exactly what I wanted. It was lovely and quiet the pool had at most 10 people at it at one time. Pool was quite cold but you quickly got used to it.
Only issue I'd have is at lunch time. Only lunch available was at the club house. Which was fine as it was a short walk. However the menu needs to be improved. I didn't go to Portugal to eat chicken tikka masala and fish and chips every day. The option of fresh fish, vegetables and rice should always be available and not a once a week special.
Dinner is a buffet of €25 each. It's very well done and a lovely selection of food with good service.
Breakfast was the usual with the chef there to cook omelettes as requested.
At the end of my stay there was a very large group of men. Possibly a stag. They were allowed to take the conference room which is beside the games room. They were so loud on multiple nights I went back to my room to have some peace.
Overall was a good place to stay in October. If you want somewhere you can walk to the beach or the shops this is not the place for you. Ideal for peace away from the city and obviously if you enjoy golf.
