We had a room that wasn’t by the pool and learned that the Wi-Fi signal was only strong in that area. Couldn’t connect at all when in our room or on the balcony overlooking the ocean.

Liked having easy access to the boardwalk and the beach. The hotel is at the opposite end of the boardwalk from the stores. The staff made our room change for our last day very easy. The one thing that we didn’t really like was that with the 1st floor ocean view room, people were walking their dogs just outside of our room every morning.

two issues for an otherwise perfect stay
Check-in was easy. Heidy was very sweet. Room with ocean-front was as perfect as expected. However, the floor in front of balcony was covered with sand. Since it was difficult to get all sand off feet before bedtime, the sand got onto the sheets and also, afterward, into sneakers or sandals since it stayed on our feet. Aren't the floors cleaned between guests? ALSO may hotels and inns are switchig to Keurig coffee pots. The coffee pot in the room makes a horrible cup of coffee. An assortments of pods and single cup sized creamers (coffee mate etc) would def. make for a better start to the morning for your guests.

I liked the location, walked a lot, not dog friendly but Evey our dog made lots of friends canine and human. Quiet area, clean room, restaurant was clean the food was good, walk area was a little narrow. Your staff were polite and pleasant. They even clean the outside poles. Also, part of the stone wall in the front was fixed right away. Yes, we woud come back.

Not too quiet
Definitely family oriented hotel, was rather loud most of the time, with children yelling and screaming. Was surprised by the DJ playing music by the pool all weekend. If you are looking for a quiet getaway this is probably not the best choice. Housekeeping was wonderful she left us clean towels twice during our stay since we had our do not disturb sign out.

This hotel stay turned out to be nicer than I expected. The room was very nice and clean...only negative is the bathrooms are on smaller side. Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. The outdoor pool was great -- plenty of seating. Nice poolside bar for drinks and snacks. Walk out the hotel and your right on the boardwalk. Pet friendly is a big plus though it will cost you an extra $100. All in all, it was a very nice place to stay and would definitely stay there again.

Stayed here for a girls weekend, me & my best friend. Absolutely loved our stay. Great view, quite and loved the pool! I stayed here many years ago when it was the Satellite!!! We plan on returning again next year! Just a wonderful vacation!!!

Nice beach trip
This hotel is just okay. The location is excellent on the far end of the boardwalk and walkable to many attractions as well as the beach. The hotel is a bit run down and definitely older, but pretty clean.

Complained first 2 nights about people above us running back and forth all day and night. Last day they had a plumbing issue..woke up to clogged toilet my kids couldnt use the bathroom. Had to wair 45 mins for somone to come up and unclog

Great Location, very friendly and clean
They were very kind and caring. The staff was very friendly the room and the amenities were great. I love the fact that they no longer have carpet. The floors were very nice just do not stay in room 207. It is right across from the maintenance and service area, there were carts outside of the home most of the time and the ice machine is right next to that there should definitely be a discount for the rooms that are in their immediate location. Other than that I would definitely recommend this place.

The property was not the most updated but it was clean and right on the beach. The staff was very nice. I would definitely go back again. It's right on the beach and far enough down that the boardwalk is quiet but close to all kinds of shops. Very happy with my stay.

Stayed 3 nights. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The place was very clean. Loved our view of the ocean! Food is very good at the restaurant and great poolside service. Only complaint is that there is no one that monitors the pool. We had kids playing soccer at the edge of the pool with people in the pool. People doing major cannonballs with no regard of the other people on the pool and a few other things.

Comfortable stay! Clean with great location and convenient parking. Oceanfront room was nice! Bathroom clean and updated but small, sliding glass door to balcony difficult to open. Overall very nice!

I dont know where to start. 1st the staff Heidy and Grace are simply the best!! So griendly and helpful . The location is perfect .The view amazing ! Right on the boardwalk ! We stayed on the 2nd floor excellent! Also away from all the action so it was very quiet our dog Gracie loved the balcony ;) we have stayed in condos and other hotels in OC we come every July and now that wr found this place we will not go anywhere else! Fyi I eft clothes behind I called and Grace and Heidy my favorite girls had the stuffed mailed to me! @
