I love that this chain of hotels is pet friendly without nickel and dining you to death. This is my second time staying at LaQuinta with a pet and I have been extremely pleased.

“NOT IMPRESSED”

the service at the hotel was satisfactory but the cleanleness needs much improvement whe we first entered our room and entered the bathroom put on the lights the first thing that greeted us was roaches in the bathtub.i showed the hotel clerk at the front desk and she gave us another room.I HAVE STAYED HERE BEFORE AND WAS VERY MUCH SATISIFIED.HOWEVER I DO NOT THINK I WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN.

“Not Impressed”

This hotel was conveniently located and our room was clean. However, there were many issues with our stay. Upon check in, was greeted by desk clerk that was on the phone with another guest. Entire check in happened while she was on the phone. No information on amenities, check out time, breakfast, etc. and was pointed where to park with no explanation. The room itself was nicely appointed, until we realized that the air unit was blowing hot air with the air conditioning set to cool - that we could hear every noise happening in the rooms beside and above us, and that the bathroom was in poor condition. The price was definitely right, but you aren't getting a bargain. If you want to get a good night's sleep, stay somewhere else. Otherwise, this is your place.

Very nice hotel. Clean with good bed and great AC. Will be back next time I go to Bubba Raceway Park again.

“Dissappointment”

Stayed here 2 years ago and was very happy. They have done nothing to maintain the facility since then. Some what run down and looking second hand.

“Great (reasonable) Place to Stay!”

Wonderfully set up and very clean. The Staff was very courteous but one was a bit too courteous. She asked "May I help you" each and every time I went through the lobby even if I stopped to look at a sign or was about to ask a question several times a day. It was annoying after a while. When I was leaving she said she was sorry to see me go after seeing me so many times during the day as if I was a fixture after five days of stay. Everyone else who was at the desk was fantastic, even Emily who called to ask if my room was acceptable and met my needs. I so enjoyed my stay there and was very sad when I had to go. It was quiet, peaceful and very secure. The air condtioning unit in my room did rattle a bit when turned up high but I turned it down so that the noise would not btoehr me at night. The breakfast was very good and I ate there every day. I enjoyed the pool each chance I got! I would love to go back and I would really recommend La Quinta to anyone who has the pleasure of being in Ocala. Well Done!! Regards, Wayne

“Will definitely stay there again!”

The hotel exceeding my expectations! The room, for once, was actually what as posted on the web site. The bed was more comfortable that it looked. I enjoyed my stay there as the customer service was stellar. I have never had a hotel call me in the room to make sure that I checked in okay and that the room was to my liking. Over al awesome experience!
