You can expect a 25 square meter, bright, cozy, modern apartment in a quiet location with a terrace. Practical equipment with satellite TV. In addition, the living room has a comfortable sofa bed that can also be used. The bathroom has a shower.
In the bedroom there is a single bed (190 cm long!), Dining area for up to 3 people in the living room, kitchenette with fridge and hot plate.

Die Unterkunft ist schön gelegen und bietet alles was man braucht, uns hat nur eine 2. Herdplatte gefehlt, aber die Vermieter sind sehr nett, freundlich und absprachefähig, so dass sie es mit Sicherheit behoben hätten wenn wir es vor Ort kommuniziert hätten. Wir können die Unterkunft empfehlen und werden, wenn wir wieder in der Nähe sind, diese Unterkunft gerne wieder buchen.

Sauber, bequem und toll - aber sehr laut
Die Unterkunft war super sauber, außer unter der Schlafcouch. Die Einrichtung war sehr hochwertig und es fehlte uns an nichts. Die Schlüsselübergabe war absolut problemlos. Leider hört man, vor allem im Kinderzimmer jedes Wort, was in der Wohnung nebenan gesprochen wird. Die beiden Nächte, die wir dort verbracht haben waren sehr lang laut. (Unser Kind hat das nicht gestört, andere könnten sich dadurch jedoch gestört fühlen.)

Schöne und gemütliche Wohnung
Unser Kurzurlaub in Berlin war sehr eindrucksvoll gewesen. Dazu hat diese schöne und und liebevoll eingerichtete Unterkunft keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Und so konnten wir jeden Abend dem Trubel der Großstadt entfliehen, die Ruhe bei einem abendlichen Spatziergang genießen und Kraft sammeln. Vielen Dank an die tollen Gastgeber! Es ist eine wirklich sehr empfehlenswerte Ferienwohnung!

Schimmelalarm und Hitze
In u. an der Dusche u. am Duschkopf schwarzer Schimmel! Einfach nur eklig. Ich habe den Duschkopf mit Desinfektionstuch geschrubbt. Im Schrank z.T. schmutzige Tassen, Gläser u. Besteck u. Besteckkasten. (Kein Geschirrspüler, deshalb sollte Vermieter die Sauberkeit des Geschirrs überprüfen). Für 3 Pers. insgesamt nur 1 TL und 2 Mokkalöffel u. 4 kleinere Tassen vorhanden. Gehäuse vom Toaster am Rand durch Hitze verformt u. auch nicht sauber. Für 3 Personen ist die Fewo definitiv zu klein. Besonders die "Küchenzeile mit Kochplatte". Letztere liegt in einer Schublade, weil kein Platz ist. Einzige winzige Abstellfläche ist neben der Spüle. Kaum Platz für den kleinen Wasserkocher u. Toaster. Aber überflüssigerweise 2 große Kaffeemaschinen in der Schublade. Esstisch ist schon für 2 Pers. zu klein. Nur am Schlafzimmer-Fenster ist Fliegengaze. Dieses lässt sich wegen der Gardine nicht richtig weit öffnen. Wenn Wohnzimmer- oder Badfenster offen ist, kommen Mücken, Spinnen u.Ä. rein, weshalb man nicht lange lüften kann. Wenn sie zu sind, ist es im Sommer auch nachts sehr warm, weswegen wir nicht gut schlafen konnten. Auf der Terrasse nur 2 Stühle.

Die Ferienwohnung ist genau so, wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Alles war sehr sauber, die Küchenausstattung ist auch sehr gut, für einen Kurzaufenthalt optimal geeignet.
