“Ok, for the night”

Our tv was not working properly. We asked for frontdesk assistaince with extra towels, they finally came after 2 hours and the comforter had stains on it. The rooms looked nothing like the pictures on the website. I was also, tld breakfast ended at 10am, but they ended it at 9am and they told me I had to pay extra if I left the room 30mins late after checkout. Which I was told differently and would not be charged, because I have about 30mins after my checkout before I got charged, Only plus was, staff was very friendly.

“worse spot ever”

This place is a joke! check-in @ 3pm, with no early check-in options offered. Walked in around 1pm and had to wait 10 min. before anyone even came to the front desk. And he entered from outside somewhere. I asked for my reservation and was informed my room would not be ready till 3pm. Looked around and they sure didn't look full, but I could be mistaken...NOT! Been trying to get expedia to help get my refund, but the "Manager" is never there to take our call. More BS it seems! Take them off your list of locations you'll recommend. It will make your customers see you unfavorably, as I do. Thanks
