Large room with microwave, fridge, water jug and limited cable tv . 6 min walk to main part of town. Off street Parking out the front. Hot breakfast cooked on the morning. Friendly staff. Some furniture is a bit worn, water pressure can be a bit low at times. Overall its Tonga and good for a couple of nights.

Housemaids can do better service with restrooms. Our restroom wasn’t cleaned it was just restocked with towels. Other then that it was amazing!

It was acceptable but shabby. The shuttle didn’t exist. When I arrived no one was awake to let me in….as I was told there would be. Taxi driver had to rouse the security guy. It was walking distance from downtown which was an advantage since there was unpredictable transportation.

Was ok but last cming up to the last day they tld me i had to pay i tld then no o dnt need to pay as i alrdy made full payment on the website they still said to me no all people tht stay there they mk payment lole me they still need to pay i was pissed off so i tld them no i woll mk contact with Expedia so i did i chatted with Terry an she said to.me no u dnt need to pay them as u hv made full payment to the website on the 13/01/2023 so she called the hotel an tld them the wkers said to me tht when people mk payment to Expedia u still need to pay them as they only get half fem Expedia an i need to pay them the other half i said to them NO i use Expedia a bit once u mk payment to them u dnt need to mk anymore payments to the hotel so i was pissed off at tht plus on Sunday there were no fresh towles given so i asked the security if i cld hv sm fresh towels as there was no wkers around an he said tbt he will call the lady on mobile we didnt get the fresh towels till 10am the next morning on the Monday tht they asked me to pay them so u can imagine hw many people tht they do this to an also the security ask for my husband watch if he can hv it hoieee was not happy with tht as well an the sheets as we stayed there for 7days the sheets to the bed was never changed in those 7days we stayed there when other hotels when ur sraying there tht long they will change ur sheets for u wont be staying there again.

On arrival we were told they had double booked our room and if we had of arrived earlier we would have got the room. We had confirmed the booking one week prior over the phone. They had little remorse and made us to feel like it was our fault for not coming first. I had ask for my money to be returned and they could not help with a time frame and said they couldn’t help. I had to contact Expedia to have my money returned.

Tangifetaua Lelenoa, I was being informed by my employees that you gave the key to your room to 3 other people yet you only booked for 1 person to stay in the room, as for the towels, maybe the 3 other people you invited to the room used the towels before you because the record of our hotel, there has never been a dirty towel to be used by guests and it's been 6 years now that we operate, no guest has told us our towels are dirty, the hot water was broken due the element of the solar heater being broken therefor it was fixed and now in great condition, I have lodged a complained with Expedia of how you gave the keys to our room to 3 other people without paying for them to stay in the room with you, our rooms are large fit for families but not fit for your lifestyle and what you wanted to do, you should pay for the extra people you had in the room.

Great property.fantastic service. I reserved here. They actually researched and foumd my flight and picked me up at airport . i was so surprised. I booked one night they were fool next day. So they put me up in back up property . then i reserved next 2 nights on here. They took me to the other property then back to the first one for my last 2 days. Great service. They gave me a ride to a dance show for island and back. They took me to get rental car. When i declined getting the car they took back to hotel...For 80 tongen they gave me a tour of the island. They even helped me get a booking to one of the other islands by boat. Plus breakfast was included. Super hotel made my stay in tonga so much easier....with these guys you wont be alone....they will help if you let them...

The hotel car was waiting for us on arrival (NOTE it was offered for free on our booking but we had to pay 40 tops, it is NOT free) and despite our booking several months earlier and for 4 nights we were told they had overbooked and instead of the hotel we were driven to a house much further from town for the night. An adventure but a disapointment too. No apology or refund offered, owner abroad and told no manager to speak with. Jezami itself was very good, the room was massive and clean for the 3 nights that we did stay but very few tv channels and no access to watch the rugby. Did have a kettle but no tea bags, milk or coffee. Great location, less than 10 mins walk to town and a good supermarket right next door with a big bakery a short walk in the opposite direction. Turn left out of the hotel. Breakfast was very good but the promised pancakes never happened was always eggs on toast plus cereal and tea/coffee. Overall we would stay again.

Overall is good
Little place upstairs from a shop that also belongs to the Hotel’s owner. The location is not great, but less than 10min walking to some bars, cafes and restaurants. The room is big and comfortable. It was clean as well. The room has facilities as TV, iron, microwave and fridge. We didn’t use the restaurant, I cannot tell about it. The overall is good. The price is fair.

Amazing visit
From arrivals to departure the stay at Jezami was a real pleasure. Staff were amazing. If you want a genuine Tongan experience this is your place. Short walk to town. Handy to local eateries and attractions. The local market is a 10 min walk away. A destination you must see. Sunday is super special in Tonga. Staff left us a tray full of cereal and fruit in our for Sunday breakfast. We were really well looked after. Looking g forward to our next stay.

All good, hotel in the city centre, staff helpful, bed comfortable, shower with hot water. They have a restaurant downstairs, not sure about the bar tho. I would stay again. Internet 750 GB - first free, then each other 7 Top.

The free airport pickup did not eventuate, even though this was included in the booking. I emailed the hotel several days before to confirm that we would be picked up at the airport and was told that we would. When we arrived, there was no one there to pick us up and we had to pay for someone else to take us to the hotel. When I mentioned this to the hotel, they blamed it on Expedia and refused to refund us the fare. Also, the free wifi only happened for 3 days and then we were told it was no longer available. When we arrived, the room had no plates, cups, glasses, cutlery etc. We stayed 7 nights and the room was only serviced once. Although we did get extra towels. So I wouldn't call this a hotel as we pretty much left to our own devices and hardly saw the proprietor of the 'hotel'. The room was large and the beds comfortable and it was easy to walk into town. It is a very noisy location, as there is a huge generator located downstairs that is on for a few hours every afternoon and lots of traffic. The kitchen staff are really nice and the breakfast basic but good.

Simple and friendly place
JeZami is a simple and friendly place to stay, within walking distance to shops, cafés and restaurants. The service is exceedingly friendly. All staff greeted me by name and they loaned me an umbrella as I had forgotten my own. Room and bathroom were clean - the only issue I had was that they had forgotten to clean out the microwave, but that was resolved. It is above and managed by the owner of a hardware store, so there isn't anyone at reception during the night. The restaurant in back supposedly offers simple and nice Tongan food for dinner, though I didn't get a chance to try that, as I stayed out at restaurants in town working through dinner (short and safe walk back to the hotel afterwards). JeZami is nothing fancy, but if you're looking for an economical and friendly place to stay, this is a good choice.

Lovely stay with amazing people
This place is great- its great because of people who work here. I have never felt so welcomed as I did here. Every time I asked help I did get it. The lady who manages the hotel is truly amazing. She actually really cares about you and makes you feel welcomed. Given the price, I think getting cooked eggs etc is really great. I wish they could give bit more internet quota but I know connections are expensive so I forgive it. Only complain is that the tv channel offering is truly limited as none of cable channels worked. One Tongan channel plus one religion channel is not something I was expecting but at the same time if forces you to go out. If I ever go back to Tonga, I would definitely go back here. They actually really care about their guests.

The room was large with two beds and a crib but it was a bit dated. The furnishings were clean but old. Breakfast was good and the airport transfer was practical.

Convenient and friendly option in Nuku'Alofa
We had an enjoyable stay at Jezami and found it really handy to both town and port - an easy 10-minute stroll. Although it's on a main road, traffic dies down nicely at night, though I wish I could say the same for neighbouring dogs and roosters! (Comfortable earplugs take care of that nicely). The rooms are spacious and clean, with friendly and attentive staff, comfy bed, good aircon, nice balcony and a TV with a few channels, though ours lost signal halfway through our stay. Breakfast was good, with a decent range of options. Jezami is a good way to see more of Tonga instead of being trapped on an expensive island resort - take a day trip to one or two of those instead!

We stayed here for 7 nights during a recent family holiday to Tonga. The rooms are nice. Each one has a air conditioning unit, bathroom with shower, 2 large double beds, and a private outside balcony. The beds themselves were very comfortable. Unfortunately, the day we checked in, we were only able to have lukewarm showers. But not the type to complain, we just lived with it. However, when returned to the hotel on the evening of the next day, we found a notice that water had been completely depleted. We were unable to have showers, wash hands, or flush toilets at all. Water wasn't restored until the following day, and hot water wasn't available until the second to last night of our stay. All that said, these things happen and we just took it as it came. Much of Tonga relies on rain water, and seeing as it hadn't rained decently for some time leading up to our trip, I suppose a water shortage was inevitable, although inconvenient for the 24 hours it lasted. The harder thing to get used to was the ice cold showers we had to take because of no hot water. But overall, we enjoyed our stay here, and would come again once the hot water issues are sorted. The staff were very accomodating during our stay, and were even happy to wash our clothes as the hotel did not have a laundry facility we could use.

Close to everything
This hotel and the quality of service and the amenities caused us to choose Jezami Hotels for the rest of our trip. The staff from the front desk, the kitchen staff especially the chef to the security guard were exceptional very welcoming and friendly and the food at the breakfast was terrific. If your late for breakfast, the staff will come remind you by knocking on your door. This has happen to us every morning since we tend to sleep in (very grateful) but would be awesome if you arrive on time. The room was beautiful, heaps of space; upon arriving we had two queen beds. If there is a comparison between Tanoa Dateline Tonga Hotel and Jazami Hotels based on hotel rooms, from bathroom, cleanness, bed quality, price and space. Your money is well spent at Jezami.Hotel, We loved the quiet location which was easy to get to and plenty of restaurants around and town is only 3 minutes away. Don’t worry about language barriers because everyone speaks English at Jezami hotel. There is a 24hour security guard monitoring the place, so if you bumped into him say hello. Looking forward to coming back to this hotel......a home away from home!!! Thank you

お湯が出ない‼︎
シャワーのヒーターにソーラーを採用しているらしいが、朝と夜にお湯が出ないので、風邪をひいてしまった。ソーラー以外のシステムを併用すべきである。

Hotel pessimamente gestito!!!!
Siamo arrivati la sera tardi del 3:9 a Tongatapu e il mattino seguente alle 3,30 dovevamo essere pronti per andare in aeroporto per il volo per Vava’u che decollava alle 5,30. Siamo stati accolti da un uomo che non parlava e non capiva una parola di inglese. La ns camera prenotata da tempo e completamente pagata non era disponibile. Dopo quasi un’ora di proteste siamo riusciti a parlare per telefono con la proprietaria e miracolosamente la camera ci e stata assegnata. Dovevamo lasciare in hotel dei bagagli per evitare extra weight nel volo del mattino ( solo 15 kg che in aeroporto sono diventati solo 5 a testa e abbiamo dovuto pagare 50 dollari du Tinga a testa) , bagagli che avremmo ripreso ripreso al ns dormendo un'altra notte al Jezami e l’uomo incaricato di assisterci non aveva ke chiavi della reception, dopo mezz’or di discussione con i bagagli in strada e con il rischio di non arrivare in aeroporto in tempo per il volo finalmente si soni materializzate le chivi di un locale adiacente e abbiamo potuto lasciare i bagagli. Da Vava’u abbiamo inviato email chiedendo se i bagagli erano stati sistemati e la risposta è arrivata dopo due giorni. Conclusione non andate in questo hotel !!!!!

Virkelig, virkelig dårligt hotel oplevelse.
Hotellet var overbooket, så de forsøgte at få os til at acceptere ophold på Tuna’s Lodge istedet, som har samme ejer. Tuna Lodge er et faldefærdigt to familiers hus, som lå i et slum kvarter, langt fra centrum. Ligner et bevidst scam, hvor de sælger værelser på Jezami, som de ikke har, og så giver folk Tuna Lodge istedet for. Kan absolut ikke anbefales.

Das Hotel hat uns mitten in der Nacht einfach zu einem anderen Hotel bringen lassen, das vorher nicht mit uns abgesprochen und uns auch nicht von dort mehr abgeholt. Das Hotel war zwar OK, aber nicht das Gebuchte. Das geht gar nicht, ohne Absprache. Anscheinend muss man dann nicht nur ein Mail schicken, sondern ein Überseegespräch führen. Der eigene Shuttle wir anscheinend nur mehr für eigene Ausflüge eingesetzt. Transfer nicht gratis sondern gleich den Taxikosten vor Ort. Zimmer war OK, Personal freundlich, beim Abholen aber, trotz Zusage, nicht mehr da. Hundegebell von draussen und Musik von den parkenden Autos vorm Shophotel eine Katastrophe. Nicht vermittelbar mit dieser Geschäftspraxis, da bei Ankunft auch stockdunkel, keine 24h Rezeption,
